Great Location!

This location was perfect for what we needed during our long weekend. Bike rentals are next door and the beach access is only a block away (5 min walk). The condo is as pictured and was spacious enough for 2 adults and our pups!

Quaint stay

The property was perfect for me, took a solo beach trip to dive into some books and recharge. Just cross the road and you’re at the beach! Walkable to seaside and lovely atmosphere. Loved my stay

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for us and our daughter. Remodeled, unit was closer to the road (which I liked), close to beach access, and clean! Definitely will be staying here again!

We loved our stay and that we could bring our dog. The location is central to everything and beach access was a breeze. The suite had everything we could have needed. Loved how cute it was too!

Great Pet Friendly Place

We came down for a few days during Fall Break and enjoyed our stay. From the outside, the complex looks ok but a bit run down. The apartment inside on the other hand, is a beautiful, updated space that is very clean! Every inch is maximized to its fullest and fit my family of 4 and our dog comfortably. We would definitely book again.

Clean and Convenient

The unit was clean and nice. I think the sheets for the bed need to be upgraded and I think the chairs in the living room look faded and a little sad. Also the sofa has a few stains and needs to be cleaned. It just needs a little TLC! We did enjoy our stay!

Great stay

Overall wonderful. Except the refrigerator was so loud in the middle of the night it was like a weed eater in the room for like and hour straight. Every night some Loud bangs and short bursts of loudness but the one night it would not stop. Please fix this for future guests. They said someone would come not sure they ever did. Still acted up our last night.

Excellent location

The condo is just as described. Beach access is very convenient although the closest one was under construction. The public beach access is just a couple blocks down, which we prefer because it has access to a bathroom. The condo was nice and the pool and laundry facilities were clean. The space is a bit cramped so I would not recommend for more than 2 people. There is really nowhere to hang clean clothes and nowhere to store suitcases so if you’re the kind of person who doesn’t like to live out of a suitcase, it’s probably not the right place for you. The sheets and pillows could stand to be upgraded. There are plenty but they are not comfortable at all. It would also be nice to have a broom and dustpan so that guests could sweep up sand. Otherwise, it just ends up in the beds.

We loved staying at Suite Y'all.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Suite was very clean and well-maintained. The location was great. It is only a 25 min walk to Seaside. We will definitely stay here again. It is so close to Cafe Thirty and The Perfect Pig. The Donut Hole was a nice walk for coffee & donuts.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Stay at Sand Dollar “Ya’ll” Suite was great. Nice, clean and convenient to everything. The bed was comfortable and it had all the amenities! Short walk to the beach and right on 30 A. We took our little dog and it was perfect for him. Highly recommend this rental!
