This property has a pool that can be heated from March 1st to May 30th, and then from September 1st to November 31st. for an additional fee and a 3 night minimum. You MUST notify Vacasa at least seven days in advance of your arrival if you would like to purchase pool heat. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.

For pool heating requests, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, as the pool requires sufficient time to heat properly.

Late pool heating requests are subject to approval and availability.



If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be provided if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.



Pool heat is available seasonally from September 1 through May 25 only.



Things to know: There is a $200 pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly. Maximum of 2 dogs. No cats allowed.
