Spring Break

Good experience overall. Room was perfect for three people, with one being a teen boy who was able to have his own bathroom. Elevators on property were a challenge, but sounds like thats what they're known for.

Great location

Our stay was just like we thought it would be. The views were incredible. It was very clean as well. The communication between the owner was very good as well. I asked a question and got an answer in a very quickly manor. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing Condo

The condo is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Pictures on VRBO are accurate. Views of both the ocean and canal were beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

Not "Brand New"

Received a 250 refund from owner due to broken tp holders, broken outdoor chairs, water laying on one of the porches, and housekeeping not up to par.The FB is looking a little tired and the elevators are problematic.

The room was as advertised!! More than enough room for me and my family! We always stay at the Fontainebleau when we visit Miami and we always book through VRBO and it has always been delightful.

Best Trip

The condo was very spacious and had everything that you need. The only thing that did not go well was checking in it was after the 4PM and then the owner had to call, and they got it took care of very quickly. Thank you for a great place to call home for the long weekend. Will defiantly be back.

Fontainebleau

We stay here often, and with the family the residencies are the best option. This listing was exactly as pictured. Beautiful views. Fontainebleau was very crowded for spring break but that is to be expected! Lots of wait times . Also lots of construction in surrounding buildings.
