Housekeeping is not included in the price of the rental. Housekeeping will be paid directly to the resort during your stay.

Housekeeping fees are mandatory and are as follows:
Housekeeping services received at checkout only- Flat fee $155 plus tax

If you request cleanings during your stay the fee is $80 plus tax each clean.
If you receive cleaning during your stay the rental is still subject to the checkout housekeeping flat fee.

Great Room

Great room and facilities. Only draw back was that when we checked in they said parking was complimentary, but it wasn’t. The ice machine in the in room refrigerator also didn’t work. But great overall.

Beautiful room

Beautiful room with amazing views. Friendly host and was very responsive and welcoming. The property is both luxurious and beyond hospitable. Will come again.

Absolute Paradise!

Everything was as advertised, can’t wait to come back! Big room, great shower and the view of pool and beach is amazing. You can just lay around the pools and beach all day, so relaxing. Then catch a Uber to south beach, around $10 bucks to enjoy some night life. Do yourself a favor and book this room!

Our stay at the Fontainebleu was the best experience in Miami we've ever had. I would recommend this property to anyone who would ask me where to stay in Miami.

Anniversary stay

Stayed for seven days. Looked over bill at checkout and was charged for twice for cleaning on top of the mandatory cleaning at end of stay. We didn’t ask for cleaning service but they did it anyway and tried to charge for it. They didn’t question and took it off. Overall was good but felt like they tried to get extra money out of us.

No help from staff

View is wonderful, Bed comfortable. Restaurants in area amazing. Carpeting dirty and in dire need of cleaning. My white socks were covered in hair and debris…gross. Fire alarm battery started chirping in the middle of the night got no help in replacing battery. Started at 5 am but 3 am our time. No sleep at all. Went to front desk 3 times for help…nothing. We went to Miami for doctor appts not vacation. Our first time being able to sleep in, and that happened. Asked for more coffee pods …nothing. Wish staff was more caring and helpful.

Had a wonderful time, great location. Loved the beach and pool area. Drinks and food were more expensive than expected but prices are up everywhere. Had a little bit of trouble understanding the Valet and check-in process as there was no one working the counter in building we were in and had to go to the adjacent building but all good once figured out. Club LIV on property was a great time the night we went. Was a little disappointed in no room service after 11 as I read somewhere it was available 24/7. All and all great time, would highly recommend.

The room was great! Best pool and ocean view! Day passes to the spa and parking was taken care of. The room is really spacious and has everything you need. I was here for a conference and this was the second year in a row I had the same room. I’ll definitely be back for some personal time.

Amazing and classic resort in Miami. I missed the waterfall pool that used to be there when I visited years ago but the current layout accommodates many more guests. Pools were nice, beach chair service nice, and evsry restaurant in the place was fabulous. The Chinese one was our favorite. This resort is a hands down favorite.

Perfect spot for your vacation/Get away

Great experience here.Valet parking was stellar.Car out in minutes.Check is was smooth for most part.Key machine went down had to walk to main Hotel with luggage but technological issues will happen.No big deal.had a wonderful time had great view of Ocean and pool.Can close the slide door to balcony if you need quiet and open to here the ocean and fun outside.Will definitely be back thanks again

Last minute getaway

Our visit was lovely, weather was gorgeous. The Fontainebleau hotel is enormous. The service was excellent as well as the staff. Although a large hotel and not an intimate location, the facilities were grand.
