The property is on 629 N. 4th Street by the bridge in Tomahawk. Walking distance to everything! Right on 2,000-acre Lake Mohawksin, which has bar/restaurants accessible by water. Large fishing dock parks several boats. Plenty of parking. Master bedroom (K) with a large master bath, large tub, and shower. Second bedroom (Q) across from the 2nd full bath with tub/shower. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. 4th bedroom (Q). Also, the living room has a pull-out couch and a rollaway. Full laundry. Full Kitchen. Outdoor grill. High-speed internet and cable TV. On snowmobile/ATV trail. Close to the Hiawatha biking trail. Rental includes all bedding, towels, dishes, laundry, coffee, toiletries and extra blankets, and a rollaway bed. Walking distance to the large grocery store, two bait stores, ski show, music on the river, and across the street from Outboards Bar & Grill. Great for snowmobiles. Right on the trail, you can walk to the store and bar/restaurants. Next to boat, kayaks, snowmobile rentals. Across the street from a public boat landing. Pontoon Rental is available at the property.

Great stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for fishing and for being on the UTV route. Tomahawk is a great place to visit!

Great place in a very convenient location

We loved our stay! Everything is updated and comfortable with a beautiful view of the river, conveniently located by bait shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The owners were great and we will definitely return next summer.

UTV trip

Had a great stay. Perfect location for us. Excellent parking with plenty of room for two trailers, trucks, and side by sides. Updated and clean rooms and great layout for evenings.

Fishing trip

Nicest place we’ve stayed in so far. Would recommend to stay there if you’re looking to be on a lake yet still in town.

Fun three days in Tomahawk

The house was as advertised and very comfortable. The location is right in town close to restaurants, grocery stores etc.

Another fantastic stay

We have stayed here several times and always thoroughly enjoy it. The owners do a wonderful job of making sure you have everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Great location to take advantage of downtown Tomahawk fun along with water activities. We'll be back again next summer!

Great relaxation

We had such a great time relaxing and fishing off the pier. Everything was so close, and the house was so comfortable!

May fishing trip

A great trip for a bunch of old fellas!! Been going to the same lake for over 40 years! Loved the cabin and it was super clean and comfortable! Will be booking for next year!

Property has several problems:Biggest of which it is on a busy street with lots and lots of road noise.Tub off the master bedroom is a disaster waiting to happen. Desperately needs handicap assist rails.Gas grill is rusty and generally a mess.Fire detector failed while we were there, cord between DVD and TV was non-existent.Rail on back stairs is to large to grip.Not enough seating to watch TV as a group

We’re sorry the property was not the right fit for your group. The lodge is located along a well-traveled road, which is accurately represented in our listing photos and location information. Many guests appreciate its convenient access to the lake, restaurants, trails, and town. Guests who are especially sensitive to traffic noise may prefer a more secluded property. The smoke detectors had recently been checked and were functioning during our annual inspection, so we are sorry that an issue occurred during your stay. When you contacted us about the missing TV/DVD cord, we offered to bring one to the property, but you indicated that you would pick one up instead. Unfortunately, these small cords occasionally disappear between guest stays. We appreciate the additional feedback and will inspect the grill, tub area, and stair railing. The property is not advertised as handicap-accessible, and the seating arrangement is accurately shown in the listing photos. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we can address concerns as quickly as possible.

Place was within walking of a few bars/restaurants, shoot across a little lake to trail and off you go....well equipped and comfortable

Fishing trip

Very convenient location for our trip. Two bait shops, grocery store walking distance. located on the water. The house was nicely appointed and equipped and enough parking for 3 boats and trailers.

We loved it

We had a fantastic stay. The house is in a great location in the middle of town and within walking distance of so many things. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was also very well equipped. The private dock was so nice for the guys to be able to just hop in the boat and go.

Wonderful convenient cabin

Spent 4 nights at this cabin. Easy access to the dock with very close proximity to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and bait shops. We even walked to the ski show on Tuesday ! Highly recommend.

Great Property

This was our 2nd stay at this property and the owners have made it even nicer than it was earlier. The addition of the 4th bedroom is great and everything is still in great condition. Such a pretty property, can be a little load with trucks driving by but would still highly recommend.

Thanks for staying again. Glad you mentioned the road noise. I would hate for someone to rent and not understand the location. Reading reviews sets up the expectations. Location is why most people like our retntal and it does come with some road noise. Hope to have you stay again

This property used to be a model home and used as a business. We purchased the property and made it back into a home setting with Northwoods decor for the lodge feel. We thought it would be a great place to rent close to all that Tomahawk has to offer!

If you want to be walking distance to many things to do, this property is perfect. If you have older kids that don't all want to do the same activities, this will give you plenty of things to walk to. Rent a bike, boat, snowmobile, or kayak; fish from the dock; catch a water ski show or Music in the Park; walk to Dairy Queen, two bait stores, bar/restaurants, full grocery store, gas stations; near the Hiawatha trail and on the ATV/snowmobile trail. Most streets are OPEN to ATV! Lake Mohawksin is 2,000 acres on the Wisconsin River and is excellent for fishing and water skiing. Many parks with public beaches, nature picnic areas and good boat landings.
