Gorgeous waterfront setting on Beaver Lake. Wonderfully maintained, clean, up-north cottage with 2 bdrms, sleeper sofa, 1 1/2 baths, washer and dryer, large deck, propane grill, outdoor hot tub and fire-pit. The detached garage provides a heated bunk room that can sleep 2. Also included is a paddle boat and all fishing equipment needed. Very close to the swimming and boating lakes Avalon, Long Lake and Ess Lake, ORV and snowmobile trails. Adjacent to thousands of acres of state land for hunting and hiking.

The house itself it beautiful. Unfortunately, the water that is shown is not a lake, it’s a pond.The shoreline is very mucky and it is not swim able. We also had a problem with ticks. Three of us, plus a dog had ticks on us. We did not go in long grassy areas, the ticks were from right outside in the yard.

It was a comfortable place to stay with our family and dogs for our bird hunting trip. Hot tub was nice and clean and wonderful to soak in after hunting all day. No fish were biting during our stay probably due to time of season. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this home and lake for our honeymoon 5 years ago and came back to celebrate our anniversary. Both visits were amazing. The home is cozy with all the amenities and we caught plenty of bass!

We enjoyed our stay at this gem of a property on Beaver Lake. The long private dock out to the water provides a tranquil environment to sit and relax or hop in the paddleboat and do some fishing. The Smores provided as part of our stay was a nice touch. Would stay here again on my next trip to Hillman.

Wonderful vacation!

Our family gathered at this clean, roomy, well supplied home for a few days of peaceful time away from stressful lives. Grandchildren loved the paddleboat and dock. Adults loved that location was so close to bigger fishing lakes in area. We had a wonderful time! Loved this place!

Quiet, comfortable, & beautiful

This cabin is very comfortable and well supplied with everything you may need. The location is very quiet and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this cabin to others.

As advertised. Very quiet location. Easy self-check-in, good communications. Just 5mi for essentials in Hillman. Hot tub and fire pit, both great options.

Long weekend

We had a great stay! The cottage had everything we needed. The property was very clean and we had a peaceful weekend. We enjoyed the pedal boat and the fire pit and the hot tub!
