TWO living rooms, each one is 20 X 40 ft.with TWO open concept gorgeous kitchens and TWO dining rooms that has wrap around 22 windows so you see, feel and hear the majestic sound of the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. 6 large and beautifully designed bed rooms with custom built in XL bunk beds that are designed to sleep adults or kids. Unique nautical designs to give the feeling of the ocean and the sea while you have the most comfortable night sleep on our 8" cool gel memory foam mattresses. We truly went over and above the norm to give you the most wonderful experience you could ever have in a beach house. Oceanic nautical art work decorate the walls through out the entire house. The kitchens are open with custom cabinets that have glass doors to let you see what inside which is the very colorful dishes, pots and pans and top of the line utensils. 4 Bathrooms with vessel sinks and custom built showers that have large refreshing shower heads that will definitely make you love the feeling of clean again.

Top of the line large capacity washer and dryer to accommodate all your laundry needs.
The wrap around balconies will give you the most amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico as you stand on one of the highest balconies on the entire Island. Just as portrayed!

The house was amazing! It had 2 identical floors with enough space to house a group of 30 with room to spare. It had an outside shower to wash sand off from the beach & ample parking. The lower deck was covered so it was great during the rain. The walk to the beach was maybe a block so easy access for sure. It isn't a through street so there was any traffic which makes it good for smaller children. It was a great property and I would highly recommend for sure.

Family reunion around family wedding

I had not realized there were 2 kitchens and 2 living areas before arriving! It is very spacious, updated and welcoming. The decks were amazing! Close proximity to the beach was perfect!

Great Experince

Our stay was wonderful. We had a good family reunion. We were about 38 people including children of all ages. And we enjoyed it so much it’s so close to the beach like it says in the description. And the house was nice we all got nicely and still had space. We all enjoyed our stay and we are very happy.

Just Perfect

We had a family reunion it was just perfect we walked everyday to the beach and honestly a very comfortable place to stay if you have a big family.

This house is beautiful and in a perfect location! Lots of room and very comfortable.

We had moms and daughters for the weekend and it was a perfect place for us. Easy to be all together or split from first floor to second floor. Beautiful home!

Beautiful home

We had a great stay! We had 30 people in our group and room for everyone. The beach was just a short walk away and we could see beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the porch. The kids loved the bunk beds and the colorful rooms.

Perfect House

We had a corporate retreat for 16 and the house was perfect. Plenty of parking space, lots of beds, and we never felt cramped. It was also very clean and the interior was beautiful.

A great property only a short walk to a beautiful beach

We booked this property for a family reunion (10 adults and 11 kids) and everyone had a blast. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids LOVED the boat themed beds. With a full kitchen both upstairs and downstairs, we were all able to cook without getting in each other's way. A beautiful beach was only a very short walk away and the huge wraparound porches were the perfect way to end the day watching the sunset.

Perfect Beach House!

We loved our stay at this home. The house itself is like two homes stacked on top of each other. Both floors have full kitchen and laundry set up. Everything was decorated so cute. Lots and lots of sleeping choices. We went with a group of 12 and had so many extra beds and spaces. The house is not right on the beach however it is super easy to walk to the beach and a short walk. You can see the ocean from both of the patios. There were plenty of beach towels. Nice area to wash off the sand on bottom level. Host was extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING

The property was beautiful. The size is amazing! Plenty of space for everyone. The young people enjoyed the boat theme of the house. The size was an overkill for us. We were a family of 9, and the property easily fit 20 or more people. It was like living in two separate apartments. It would be great for family reunions, or huge families. Everyone was in awe the minute we all walked through the door. Amazing is the best word for it. The only downside is that we did not have a beach view, but the good side was, we were only a 3 minutes walk to the beach.

Awesome beach-house in the heart of Surfside

It was in 2016 that we first stayed at Zuhair’s beach property. The house was brand new and we were captivated by the vibrant beach theme throughout the house. So 2 weeks ago, a large group of us stayed there again.The rooms were clean and spacious, we never had a single problem with the bathrooms, and the kitchen had all the amenities we wanted. The best part is that the beach is just a few walking steps away. The property surpassed all our expectations, and our large group has decided to make our stay there an annual outing. Thank you very much, Zuhair.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This is our 2nd year renting from Zuhair and his properties do not disappoint. We rented the top and bottom floors and it slept 40 people very comfortably. The furnishings were well appointed and property was clean. My favorite part of the property was the custom made, built in bunk beds. Zuhair personally stopped by and showed me how to use the front door locking mechanism and he was very friendly to everyone he met. If you're looking for a beautiful location to relax and get a large group of family or friends together, this should be the first property you look at.

Great stay at spacious & beautiful beach house!

Our stay at this beautiful beach house was amazing. It fit our group perfectly for the weekend. The house is much bigger in person. It was nice having two kitchens so we can cook our meals more efficiently too. House came with plenty of towels, silverware, cooking supplies and fresh water to cook with. Mr. Zuhair was very helpful if we needed anything & had a wonderful golf cart for us to rent. There's a gas station less than 5 minutes away which we got supplies from. Parking was not a problem at all as there are many spots for your group. Overall, we had a great time here & would highly recommend renting this beach house!

Really wonderful time!!

My group thoroughly enjoyed this house!! Its rare for our large group to be able to gather together and stay in the same location so to be able to find this house was incredible!! We were in town for a conference in Houston and the drive to downtown every day was not a bad drive and was totally worth it! We only wish there were more bathrooms- four bathrooms for a large group was difficult from time to time- but a small price to pay for such an amazing property! (also, we WERE made aware of the number of bathrooms before we booked- so that is not a reflection of the owner) We would have loved to stay an extra week and hope to be able to return again to the property!!

Family Time, Beach Time!

Everyone enjoyed the location, the views from the decks where awesome. The short walk to the beach was a breeze. All bathroom rugs were nasty and hard. The information in the brochure wasn’t accurate regarding garbage pickup days, the grad DD was uncut, there were no remotes for the bedroom televisions. Even after texting the contacts the remotes were never provided during our stay. There were only three wash clothes and very few towels available. Thankfully, shopping wasn’t far.

Beautiful

The property was beautiful and the location was wonderful! We had a great time and for a ton of people comfortably. The only thing that bothered us was the fact that we had to go out of our way to go refill the water jugs for the water machines instead of it already being provided. The tap water was yellow and undrinkable. A suggestion would be to bring your cooking spices!! There are none provided. Also the wifi cannot handle many devices on it at once :) Bucees is about 5-7 minutes away!

Great house - beautifully decorated with beach theme throughout.

The house is less than a year old and was a very comfortable fit for our party of 8 adults and 8 children. Although we used both the 2nd and 3rd story, the two floors are set up so that 2 distinct parties could rent the house. Plenty of covered parking under the house. The outdoor shower was great to wash off sand before going into the house. As the house is not right on the beach, we were concerned about the walk to the beach, but it was a very short walk and we had a view of the beach/water from the outdoor seating area and the master bedrooms. We are from Northwest Houston and this was our first visit to Surfside Beach. 100 miles and less than 2 hours got us there. Surprisingly, the water at the beach was much clearer than expected and the beach is clean and maintained. The drive was easier than going to Galveston and the water was better. We had a problem with an electrical outlet and the owner was quick to send over someone to resolve the problem. Our family had a great visit to Surfside Beach and the accommodations made the visit even better.

The house is as nice as it looks in the photos. However the arrangement of the bunk beds made it difficult to arrange sleeping quarters for everyone. Not everyone wants a teenage boy in the room with parents and their two daughters. It was also difficult to cook. We rented a house for 40 and there was not ONE pan that would allowing cooking for the 21 we actually had. The write up of the house says that basic kitchen supplies would be there., Wrong. There wasn't even salt and pepper. I wouldn't mind that if the write up hadn't indicated that the basics would be there. I brought 4 suitcases of kitchen equipment and we used it all. Our family cooks, we don't go out to dinner. So not having a 6 quart stock pot would have been bad. (Let alone the 3 large stock pots that I brought & the Frying pan that would work for 21.) There were a couple of emergency situations that were dealt with immediately. I have nothing but good things to say in that category. I am handicapped so the stairs were a challenge, but I knew that going in to the house. The beach was close enough that even I could walk to the beach. The water was warm and the beaches was fun. I am not fond of cars being allowed on the beach, but that was only an issue on the weekend. The rest of the time we had the beach to ourselves. That was heaven. I am glad we stayed here. I am just sorry that I had to lug most of my kitchen across country. If we hadn't driven to TX I would have had to go out and buy pots that I already have. I guess you can tell, the kitchen is a big deal to me. Everything else was fine. Debbie Casteel July 10 - 16, 2017

Perfect for a large group. 26 beds is hard to find!

Great property; however, house was not ready until 4:45. The trash was overfull and stunk, the dishes were in dishwasher, and the place just felt a bit humid. I would still rent again as ot worked great for a large group of fishermen.
