The house was very beach themed and cute and modern amenities. The location is really great. The beds and bathrooms worked great for my family of 5! Thanks so much! I’d definitely recommend this house!

This was the 2nd year we stayed at this beach house. The location was excellent, we loved being so close to the water. We honestly don’t have anything negative to say about our stay. We definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Wonderful place to stay! Perfect access to the beach. Just a couple minutes walk to the water. Home is very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

This is a great beach house! You can not beat the location. You are literally on the beach. The beach is mostly private and not really crowded. The house is well laid out and was the perfect size for our family of 5. The view was spectacular!

the location/view is PERFECT!

I have no complaints! Great host. Had all we needed. Cannot brag enough about the location. The view. The closeness to the beach. The privacy/not packed part of the beach was awesome. The only thing I will say is to bring some lights for under the deck. At night time we wanted to hang out below but no lights to do so.

Misleading images…

Parking here was a mess due to an exposed pipe and lack of maintenance. Parts of parking under the house were inaccessible. In the house several fans didn’t work or were on reverse, with no remotes or methods to control available. The listing claims this house sleeps 12 and make it appear that there are plenty of rooms and extra space. In reality, the upstairs portion of the house is locked and “off limits”. Sleeping 8 for our group was a squeeze. Some lights did not work or were dead. Bathroom showers drained slowly, as if clogged.

Wow, this is extremely surprising. First, thanks again for staying with us, we wish that you had enjoyed our place like we do. And as many of our guests have. We are in a coastal beach front property and things change very quickly. We had a high tide that took off a big amount of sand and exposed that pipe. It is in the process of getting fixed. Unfortunately it takes time to get it done. The fans do work, all bedrooms have floor fans. We did notice a bedroom light out, which just happened and was repaired after you checked out. The house does sleep 12 and we have done it multiple times. It is also advertised as 3 bedrooms, the upstairs is the fourth bedroom and it is not available. If you read the descriptions, it says 3 bedrooms. Thanks for letting us know about the shower, this is the first we hear about it, so we will be addressing it. Again we appreciate your feedback and have a great end of your summer :)

Beautiful house with minor inconveniences

Very nice house, well stocked. Great porch with a gate, handy outdoor shower. Pictures don’t show that the road to the beach is completely blocked by new dunes, no big deal but unexpected. Short walk around the cart path. Vrbo pics show the house with an upstairs but ad doesn’t say that it is not part of the rental. Again, not the end of the world but it was a space we expected to use for our large group that wasn’t accessible. Also, thick sand driveway under house was blocked off by an exposed pipe, it was supposed to be fixed our 2nd day but no one ever showed. Very difficult to load and unload everything from the street. I understand it wasn’t anyone’s fault but still an issue. Surely a piece of plywood would have protected it and still made that area usable. Owner was apologetic and quick to respond to messages.
