Seaside retreat- 2 blocks from the beach in Pass Christian, Mississippi. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Queen bed, two twins and a futon in the living room that opens into a full. Sleeps 6. Cable TV and Internet.Washer and dryer. Beautiful, tranquil view from dining/living room and balcony! Lush backyard. Plenty of room for boat or other recreational vehicles. Enjoy the old south with it's Live Oaks and stately Southern Mansions. Ride your bike down Scenic drive and enjoy the restaurants, boutiques and harbor. Casinos and more beach life nearby! Disclaimer: Train close and goes by at all hours. This is an older bungalow in the South and may see some Palmetto bugs.

Seaside retreat? Yes, this place will have you retreating..

Renters please be aware this place is not as shown nor described. It is dirty and is infested with roaches(they were a stowaway in our luggage after we left).The toilet is extremely loose, tub will not drain( you will stand in dirty bath water while showering) and the bathroom door will hardly open. There is a review after our booking that informs her of these exact issues yet she chose not to fix them and told us she knew nothing about it. There is a cooking pot under the sink collecting water (for “safety reasons” of course). The outdoor furniture is rotten and broken. There is no photo of the washroom in the listing because it is moldy and in awful condition. The smell of mold and mildew is overwhelming. The owner is in California so she claims not to know the state of the property. It took her a full day to respond to me regarding the condition of the home and wanting to leave. She said she would refund the money. However, we only received a small portion of it back. She is a dishonest person. We sent photos to VRBO in hopes that another family is not going to have to deal with this on their vacation. We spent more than budgeted for on this trip(last minute booking for a new place and having to throw away groceries that had been bought) due to her dishonesty. We would have never booked this property had we known it’s current condition.

This is our third time to stay n this sweet little place. We love the neighborhood & the beach that is close by. We love going to the local dock & access to great fresh seafood. Definitely recommend 😊😎

Great beach bungalow

We had three adults and three kids and we fit just fine. Loved the balcony at night. Just a couple short blocks to the beach and loads of free parking less than one minute from the driveway. House was cute and decorated in a beachy theme which you would expect. Shower has awesome pressure and having the second toilet was perfect. No beach activities just a few minutes up the coast which the kids loved. Definitely will be renting this place again

The train

Loved the little bungalow. Didn’t think a train in the back yard was going to be a big deal, but ohhh! It shook the bed and house at 3am! We didn’t get a good nights sleep for 2 months! Not something you want to put up with when you’re on a snowbird vacation! Won’t be renting this again!

Peaceful retreat

Property was exactly how it was described. It was a little dusty, you could tell no one had been there in a while. And there was laundry left in the washer. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Great Price! Super close to the Beach

Loved the bungalow. It was perfect for what we needed. Great location halfway between New Orleans and Mobile. We had a great time and would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful time. Barely noticed the trains. The house was clean despite sooo much sand everywhere. Can't avoid it, it's the beach! Convenient location! It was just perfect for our family. Thank you so much!

Great vacation!

Everything was just as described by the owners. We were not bothered by the trains coming through. The living room furniture and beds could stand to be upgraded, but for such a short period of time and the price we paid we were satisfied. Also, the washing machine is older but worked just fine for me. I had read a few reviews that said toilet was wobbly, but it was fixed. The best part is that the air conditioners worked great! Overall a very good visit for us!

It was ok

The amount of trains was much more than expected and hated train tracks in back yard. Living room furniture uncomfortable and patio doors need to be replaced as you can't use them and gaps filled with paper.
