3-bedroom, 4 bath rustic cabin on 5 acres with 70 acres of open space next to cabin. Master bedroom has a king bed & bath with whirlpool, second bedroom has bunks and trundle bed, 3rd bedroom has queen & single bed. Kitchen is fully equipped. 1-car garage (owner has car in one bay and one bay is available to guest), great room upstairs with large TV & ping pong table. All log interior, rustic furniture, scenic views from picture windows!

Winter wonderland

We had a wonderful stay, visiting family in the area. The log house was beautiful, great location, we could cx ski and snow show from the house. Beautiful views and a short drive to Winter Park. The house and kitchen were well stocked we had everything we needed, A home away from home. We would love to stay again

Perfect winter getaway

This was our second visit to Lindig Lodge and we loved it just as much this time as we did the first time. The peaceful, remote feeling location and just 15 minute drive to Winter park make this the perfect getaway for our family.

Wonderful Experience

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. It's a perfect spot to relax with family and friends. The views from the living room are amazing! The cabin is comfortable well stocked. The owners are very helpful with information. Access to the key attractions in Fraser and Winter Park is easy. We would love to visit again in the future!

Winter vacation

Serene and privately secluded from the hustle and bustle of Winter Park. We couldn’t have made a better selection. This cabin has everything needed for a week long ski trip. The owners are very responsive and go above and beyond to make sure this home has everything needed to make your stay a great one. We would love to stay here again.

Very peaceful, easy access

We went on a family ski trip at Winter Park. (3 adults, 4 teenagers) This house was perfect! About a 15 minute drive to the base. Kids loved playing ping pong and watching movies. (This house has every movie ever made!). View is beautiful! House is very easy to get to. The owners are super easy to deal with. A great week in a great cabin!

Hallmark Movie Worthy Cabin

The home is fantastic! A true log cabin but with all the luxurious amenities. The Viking appliances are fun to use, the steam shower perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes and the location is so serene. We saw a moose and a fox on the property while we were there. The little town of Tabernash has a lovely Tarven with upscale menu. This was our 2nd time here and we just love the romantic aspects and the game room, puzzles and lounges for the kids /family fun too. Ita close enough to the resort for drop offs and far enough out to feel like you're off the grid. 10/10 ☆

We had a fantastic visit!

Lindig lodge was the perfect retreat to get away from it all- yet be close to everything in Grand County that we wanted to do: downhill ski/Nordic ski/hot springs/visit Grand Lake. And we had perfect conditions for snow shoeing right off the back porch. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed for a 2 week stay.

Exceptional property and owners

The property was exceptional - only to be outdone by friendliness and hospitality of owner. They informed us a big snowstorm was coming to the area when we were supposed to arrive. They graciously had the home cleaned early and let us come a day early to beat the storm. We’ll definitely go back and give the highest ratings to the property and owners.

Fantastic Getaway!

We were lucky enough to get to stay at this cabin for 2 weeks. Wow. The cabin itself is so beautiful, cosy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need and we had lots of space for our groceries in the huge fridge and pantry. Bedrooms are all spacious and clean and having separate full bathrooms in all bedrooms was a really nice treat! Beds were comfortable and bedding was good. Then there is the lot, absolutely beautiful land. Trees as far as you could see and not a neighbor in sight. We even saw 4 moose and a couple fox. The hostess is amazing. She is very quick to respond and always easy to work with (especially for us as we had to change our dates a few times). Our friends and family all loved the nice getaway. Thank you! We will be coming back :)

Picturesque, comfortable yet rustic, log cabin

Our family of four really enjoyed the house for a pandemic get away this winter. We were concerned about the WiFi, but we all were able to work and school remotely - while enjoying the views of the mountain secluded in the woods. House is conveniently laid out and had all the basics - like spices, olive oil, coffee, toilet paper, foil, tissues, etc. We skied at Winter Park almost every day, about a 15 to 20 minute drive. Also enjoyed some cross country skiing in the area. Hope we can come again!

Amazing Mountain Home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed for a refreshing change of scenery. We enjoyed the extensive DVD collection! And we also got a lot of use out of the x-country/snowshoe trail in the neighborhood. Maryalice was truly amazing to work with and even upgraded the WiFi so our family could do work and school there. I will say that some furnishings and appliances might not be "5 star" but that's okay! We felt very at home. The west-facing view from the picture windows is TO DIE FOR!!! The neighborhood is very quiet. It's a true getaway location. Close to town for groceries and restaurants (5 miles), but it really is off the beaten path and very secluded. I miss that morning view of Byer's Peak and the amazing sunsets so much!!!

Magnificent log home in spectacular setting

This is our second visit to Lindig Lodge and words are not sufficient to describe this exceptional log home, which allowed us to create lasting family memories. The home is gorgeous, unique, so well equipped and thoughtfully furnished - it is just wonderful. It might possibly be outdone, however, by its setting adjacent to 80 acres kept wild - allowing expansive views and home to a remarkable collection of wildlife, including moose, foxes and a porcupine !! We can never thank Marialice and Mile enough for their kindness in sharing this unique and memorable family home. We hope to return soon.

Such a beautiful place - inside and out!

We had an amazing week in Fraser and loved the house inside and out. The home is warm, beautiful and well stocked with rooms for everyone and perfect gathering spaces. The surrounding land and views are perfect for walking. Our dog was in heaven. The local is great for lots of activities. We highly recommend this beautiful home and can't wait to come back for another visit soon!

Amazing views

We enjoyed being in this semi remote cabin immensely. We were surrounded by a true Colorado experience. One morning we were awaken by a herd of elk (over 50) right outside our windows. It was a short drive into either Granby and Fraser for coffee in the morning or dinner at night.

Wonderful Property

Wonderful Getaway

This is a wonderful property for families, especially trying to get away during the pandemic. The surroundings were beautiful, quiet and relaxing. We had visits from deer, blue birds, hummingbirds and a coyote. Also had a summer rainstorm with a rainbow after. The home is roomy and comfortable—our boys who are 7 & 4 thought it was the best house ever and it was made of logs :). The ping pong table and foosball were a hit, as well as the vast movie selection. They also loved their bunk beds. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils and most everything you need with a roomy pantry. We enjoyed walks and bike rides in the area and the temperatures were perfect all week. The fridge did stop cooling during our stay, but the owners handled it immediately and added a spare fridge to the garage until the repairs could be made. The owners communicated very well in a timely and friendly manner about any issues or questions. Everything was clean and cared for. Our dog thought he had found a new home I think and was so happy the entire stay. He never ran off and just loved running around the house outside. The location is secluded but very convenient to a lot of things. We visited Winter Park, Granby, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park. We got a few curbside meals to go and utilized the Safeway in Fraser. This was a much needed getaway after being stuck at home mostly since March. Our 7 yr old cried when we were leaving and can’t wait to come back!

An Explorer's Dream

This property was such a dream. The cabin had several spaces to hang out, play ping pong, dine, etc. The views from all of the windows were incredible! And last but not least, the outside was such a special, beautify place to explore and wander. My boys played in nature all day, and it was really special with all of the trees, rocks, and views of the mountains!

July Getaway

Lovely cabin and truly beautiful location. Great views of the Rockies. Enjoyed being able to take walks that were not on asphalt and seeing the local wildlife. Spacious and comfortable cabin to enjoy time with the family.

Mike is a retired geologist. Both Mike & MariAlice love to have our grown children and grandchildren up to the cabin. We enjoy skiing & hiking all around the area.

We love the cool weather in the summer & the mountain streams and hiking trails. Having 70 acres adjoining our 5 acres is amazing - we can't see any other homes from our home either.
