This completely renovated beach home comes complete with a brand new gunite pool and gorgeous views. The sunsets from this property will amaze you!
Expansive decking to enjoy grilling fresh seafood and the famous Montauk sunsets from the privacy of your own beach home with sweeping water views of Fort Pond Bay, the ocean, and Long Island Sound.
This completely renovated 2560 sq ft beach home comes complete with a brand new gunite pool and gorgeous views. Spacious, light filled open floor plan. The living area has all new furnishings, a cozy fireplace and vaulted ceilings; the kitchen comes fully stocked with a Keurig, Stainless Steel Appliances and all the cooking tools you need. Large master suite with its own private bath has access to the deck and gorgeous views. A separate private wing consisting of two bedrooms and a shared bath. Lower level with its own entrance consists of an additional den ;bathroom; and bedroom (sleeps 5 additional people) Immaculate two car garage, with beach cruiser bikes for your use to explore Montauk.

Located in a hilltop quiet neighborhood with amazing water views. It is a short walk to great local locations, such as Montauk Brewing Company, The Surf Lodge, and Arbor.

Great montauk beach house.

I usually don’t do reviews good or bad. Though I’m making an exception. This house was perfect. Pool still open. It was very warm weather for beginning of October. The walk to beach is easily doable. You can walk to town also. If anyone golfs my husband raved about montauk downs. Very inexpensive. The lower level is perfect for guests. Fit my son and family. Def coming back again

Great family rental

We stayed here while in Montauk for a wedding. It was perfect for my family (1 toddler and 1 infant) my parents and cousin. The house was very clean and the layout was perfect. Short walk to town and short drive to restaurants!

Perfect getaway

The outside property is as pretty as the inside. We had 8 adults and 4 children and the children had as good of a time as the adults had. The pool was a great asset as well as the view from the outside deck. Would definitely recommend.

Great host and location but the house needs some tender love and care!

Tabitha was very kind during our entire stay and graciously let us check out 6 hours later than normal which was really above and beyond. My family of 7 (adults) and I rented this house for a wedding (2 nights) and really loved the pool, kitchen, view, close location to town and square footage but for the price per night we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness, lack of living room furniture and various dents/holes/ scuffs in the walls. The spiders, crickets, spiderwebs and other bugs present in the downstairs bedroom were also less than appealing. They’re obviously going for the grungy beach house vibe but a few upgrades to the furniture and just some light upkeep would really make the place shine - especially if you’re going to charge so much. The other option would have been to pay the same amount for 3 small hotel rooms so despite some imperfections my family and I were still happy with our choice! I would recommend you stay here but just be aware that it’s not perfect like some of the other reviews claim.

Great deck

The stay was great. We loved the house and it was very comfortable. The pool was clean and fun. The deck had amazing views and was perfect location to relax and hang out. We did have issues with HVAC but property manager was very accommodating and we didn’t even need it bc the weather was perfect

Perfect family Montauk home!

This home was amazing and exactly as pictured in photos. This was the perfect two weeks vacation with our family. It was close enough to walk or ride bikes into town or beach. Great location and beautiful water views and sunset. The home was spacious and had plenary of privacy. The basement is perfect for kids to watch tv or just relax. The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. The beautiful open air kitchen/great room allowed everyone to be together while cooking. I can’t say enough about Tabitha! She was responsive and extremely helpful! We can’t wait to be back next year!!

5 Days in Montauk

Overall the house felt roomy with pleasant enough decor. We enjoyed the deck and pool and beautiful landscaping. Located in a nice neighborhood but a bit too far to be walkable to beaches and town. Negatives: - We were given the wrong access code to the lockbox. - Stingy with furnishings: only 1 night table and lamp in bedrooms, no chairs in bedrooms. - Stingy with supplies: only 1 roll of paper towels, no tissues, - Downstairs bedroom smelled like mold. - Dirty mattress pads, hair in shower - Check-out procedures too onerous.

Perfect house for a long wedding weekend

Perfect home for me and my group, a total of 7 adults staying for a long weekend to attend our friends wedding at Gurneys Star Island. This house was perfect in every way, including the location so easy to drive into town, or even a nice long (10-15 min) walk into town. Location was also ideal for the wedding activities. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating!

What a view

Our recent stay was absolutely wonderful. House was exactly as it appeared in the photos. Very clean and spacious. Outside deck and pool area were perfect; very private and the view was spectacular . Loved the location being fairly close to town and it was nice having a couple of bicycles for our use . The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed in terms of appliances and cooking utensils but I would suggest having a few more serving platters/bowls available for guests use. Property manager was very responsive too. All in all I would totally recommended this property

Surf Haus was amazing!

Our group of 9 had an amazing time at the Surf Haus. There was plenty of space for everyone and the location was perfect. The large deck was a fabulous place to watch the sunset every night and the pool was perfect for relaxing every day. The decor inside was beautiful as well as comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. The grill did not function particularly well, so keep this in mind if you plan to cook outdoors. Tabitha was very helpful and responsive. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Montauk and would LOVE to stay there again in the future!

Amazing house and location!

The house was so perfect for our stay and close to all. The deck and pool made for the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The house was comfortable and open, which made it the best vacation for my family. Tabitha, the house manager, was so great and easy to get in touch with. Thank you!! Will be back again!

Beautiful home!

This is a special property. Beyond being well appointed and spotlessly clean, the location cannot be beat. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but town and the beaches are easily walkable. The views are phenomenal! We had a special time in this home celebrating the New Year. The pool looks amazing - I’m sure this house truly comes to life in the summer months. Overall it was a lovely stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Surf Haus for a relaxing girls weekend.

The house is as beautiful as the pictures show, and it was so open and sunny. The fully stocked kitchen was wonderful, and Tabitha was super responsive to my many last minute questions. I would definitely recommend staying here!
