Minutes to Historic Main Street, shopping and entertainment. Amenities include: free shuttle stop that takes you anywhere in town, year round heated communal pool, underground heated parking lot, and ski lockers. Sleeps 6 people and is the perfect mountain home for anytime during the year.

**LOCATION**
This condo is in one of the most convenient locations in town. Less than a mile from the base of the Park City Ski Resort, and the heart of town you'll be able to find everything your looking for from grocery stores, restaurants, sporting good stores, movie theaters, car rentals and more!

**GETTING AROUND**
The free bus stops directly outside of the condo, it will take you anywhere you need to go in town. When you rent our condo you wont be needing a car, shops, restaurants and retail stores are all within walking distance. Alternatively throw your skis over your shoulder and its just a short 4 minute walk across the road to the ski resort.

**AMENITIES**
Just outside the door to the rear of the property you will find the communal heated pool. Our condo is outfitted with comfortable furnishings to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The Master bedroom has a King bed and an attached private bathroom. The Adjacent bedroom is also outfitted with a King bed and a bathroom that is also accessible via a hallway entrance. Both rooms have ample closet space and storage. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Come relax by the gas fireplace in the front room and be fully connected with WiFi and cable TV in main room and both bedrooms.
