Underground garage with elevator for easy transporting of luggage/gear. Walk, bike, or bus everywhere from here - to hundreds of acres of hiking/biking trails, Main Street, Snow Park Lodge, concerts, shopping, dining, and more. All winter, hop on the free bus in your ski boots - it's that simple! It's the perfect Mountain Retreat!
**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
The first bedroom, on the upper level, has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a combination shower a jetted tub and a double sink.
The second bedroom, on the lower level, has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a combination shower a jetted tub and a double sink.
The bedroom has patio access with chairs. There is a sofa sleeper and an additional half-bathroom on the main floor. This residence also has a full kitchen, patio, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, sofa sleeper, jacuzzi tub, shared parking garage and grill.
*Please note that this residence does not have air conditioning.
