Great place to stay for skiing at PCMR, less than a 10 minute walk to the base. Also very well located for taking the shuttle into Old Town. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and good value/location. Nice they had soaps / dishwasher tabs and trash bags etc. I liked they had many box fans in the apartment too. Negatives were hot tub not in service (in fine print said it’s seasonal) and no type of patio to sip coffee. Ran out of hot water easily so stagger showers etc. Some pretty active construction to all the sidewalks surrounding property even in evening which made pedestrian walking impossible if you want to walk. Still had a great time in park city though!

Checkin was easy, condo was very clean, plenty of towels provided and beds were comfy! Perfect for our family of 5. Kitchen equipped with plenty of cooking amenities and rental company quickly responded within minutes by text to any questions!

Great location! This worked very well for our group of four. The host was responsive to a problem with the door knob. The oven was a bit smokey both times we used it, but overall good experience!

Early Spring

The floors were not clean and the kitchen handtowels need to be replaced or disinfected!! We enjoed the space, decor, bathroom towels, covered parking and the humidifiers!!

We stayed in August and enjoyed the proximity to the local restaurants and downtown. This condo was a great value for the level of stay we enjoyed in the summer. The renovations have been kept up and it still looks good, brand new full size washer & dryer too. Kitchen is well appointed - with both drip and kerig coffee makers. We traveled as a couple and enjoyed having our own bathroom.The garage parking has signs warning of tows for vehicles without a parking pass, when I called about needing a pass, I was sent a fairly automated message pointing me back to their guest instructions that does NOT address parking passes at all. We parked in the assigned spot as instructed but I was still nervous an over eager tow truck driver might use the lack of a pass as an excuse to grab our vehicle. Summer stay - we didn’t have any issues with noise from outside. Luckily the upstairs neighbor was very quiet, but we could hear typical walking around and normal living noises.

Park City Family Vacation

Excellent property, parking spot in the garage was great given the snowstorms that rolled in. Very close to Park City lifts and all nearby main street, etc. Our 6 year old son loved the bunk bed!

Clean space in a convenient location

We were very happy with our experience. Our rental was clean, and a quick walk from the base of Park city to ski. The shuttle access was literally across the street and brought us into town very efficiently. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions. We will definitely use again, went back in town.

Just fine for family of four

The interior of the condo was very nice, while the exterior was worn down (it's an older building). We had everything we needed, and when a footrest broke, an agent took it away very quickly after we made the notification. Walk to Park City ski resort or drive 6 minutes to Deer Valley ski resort. Old Town Park City was within walking distance, too.

Nice room. Poor facilities

The room is fine. The facilités around are small and old. Hot tub tint. The outside of the property not clean.

A Wonderful Location

This was a wonderful location, close to the skiing in Park City. Close to the stores and restaurants downtown and nearby grocery shopping. The condo has all of the amenities that you would need in a home away from home for the ski trip that we were one. The location is just icing on the cake!!

Park City 2 bedroom

The apartment was a decent size and very clean. It has been recently renovated, but the dishwasher leaves a lot of residue on the dishes and the clothes washer/dryer are ancient relics. The interior doors are too big for their frames and get stuck. Those are all minor issues. Overall, the place is great.

Remodeled and clean

Walking into the property I was a bit nervous. It is dark and old. The condo itself is brand new, totally remodeled and clean. May want to bring ear plugs, you can hear every single footstep above your head at night.

Nicely renovated condo! Fantastic location!

We stayed for 5 nights with our 14 year olds who skied daily at Park City Mountain. The condo was clean, convenient and well appointed. We had an awesome week!

Cute and cozy

Great spot. My husband and I stayed here with another couple and it was perfect! If one couple doesn't mind sleeping on a bunk bed! (the bottom is a queen). It was nice that each couple had their own bathroom. We were there to ski and we either walked to Park City Mountain or took the free bus and it worked out great. Everything was new and clean. We had plenty of space and everything we needed to cook meals. Only suggestion is softer sheets and small trash bins in the bathrooms. Thanks for a great stay!
