This charming and comfortable lake house cottage is perfect for families to spend time together relaxing and making memories. Conveniently located approximately 25 miles from Auburn University, this waterfront home is an ideal place for Auburn Football weekends.
Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious back porch or deck overlooking gorgeous views of Lake Martin. The house has a warm and comfortable feel and is equipped with WiFi. Watch your favorite show or movie on the 52 inch flat screen TV or Blue Ray/DVD player. The well stocked kitchen is equipped with all new Stainless Steel appliances.
The large dock area has a covered area with a large dining table as well as a non-covered area and floating dock for those who enjoy soaking up the rays. Steps lead down into the lake for easy access for swimming or floating.

We enjoyed our family gathering at Lake Martin. We all love being at the lake and are talking about returning next fall. The host is wonderful and very quick to respond.

Amazing location!

This home was perfect for our family. 8 people slept nicely. There were lots of games stocked that we enjoyed. My favorite place was hanging on the back deck or down at the dock. We will definitely be booking this home again!

Home away from home!

This house and property was amazing!! We felt like we were at home with all the amenities and extra thoughtfulness of the owners. For example, they had directions on how to when the tv and they had folding chairs that we could take to the dock. They had every utensil, dish, and kitchen gear that you can imagine-including cast iron skillets. The care that they have taken on this house was felt by my family and our friends during the graduation celebration. I would go back here again and again!

Great Location

Great location on the lake. House is a little older than other houses we have stayed in on the lake but it is very well kept and very clean. Owner was very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place for a family!

The outdoor space is beautiful. The property had great parking which is not always easy to find at the lake. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen and house had everything you would need. Just make sure you bring a hair dryer!

We enjoyed our game day stay for the Iron bowl. We just wish that we had more time at the house because it was very comfortable and the location was beautiful !

Awesome View

We had a great time on the lake. Sara was a great host and answered any questions. The house was exactly as stated, views great, kitchen had everything we needed, fishing was good, and the boat dock perfect. Only negative was the rain but oh well. We would stay again!

Easter weekend at the lake

We had the best time. The home is very clean and exactly what I want when I come to the lake. Plenty of bedrooms for all the kids. We had 6 sharing the upstairs bathroom with no issues. We staggered shower, so hot water was never an issue. We did cook a few meals. We had plenty of room for my mom and I to prep and cook. The outdoor deck space is expansive. We loved playing pinochle at the table outside, and the picnic table was also frequented often. We fished off the dock which is equally nice. And caught a few catfish. We did rent a boat for a few hours. A cold front had come through, so it was chilly during our stay. I would definitely book this again. Plenty of parking also. The owner is very nice and responsive to questions.

Birthday Week-End

Rented to surprise mom on birthday (91st) for a week-end with my sister and 2 cousins. Location on lake is perfect and home is clean, comfortable and exactly as listed. Owners were great and responded promptly to questions. Highly recommend!!

Outstanding Stay

We stayed during the July 4th weekend and the following week and very pleased with the accommodations. It’s an ideal location for boating activities. The slough in front of the house is perfect in the mornings and when it did get a little busy; it was only a minute to get to a wide part of the lake where traffic was never an issue. It was a great property for our vacation.

Awesome property and Host. Nothing disappointed. Location is awesome with some nice Mom and Pop eateries nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay on Lake Martin.
