This is the Vacation that you have been day dreaming about!!

Our home has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room additional sleeping can be made in the Living room with an Ottoman designed to push up to the couch, it would not be suitable for adults, but it can be used as a bed if you choose to.

Our condo is an open concept with the Living room, kitchen and dining right as you walk in the door, seating at the table for 4 people and 3 bar stools at the counter, two bathrooms one with a bathtub shower combo, cable TV, Washer/ Dryer located in the unit. Our unit is Located close to pools and outdoor recreation.

Nothing beats sitting and relaxing on the balcony watching the sunset after a fun day playing in the Sun.

Was there for the Huntsman Games

The property was perfect for our needs.Having the second bathroom was a bonus. Kitchen was well stocked. Cable was a little lacking in content but we were not there to watch TV. Location in the resort was perfect! I would rent this unit again.

Las Palmas is great, this unit is okay.

We have stayed at many units at Las Palmas, and this was the most outdated yet. The beds had a horrible mattress topper that made you and your spouse sink into the middle. Overall, it was fine for the price. But we will not choose to stay at this unit again. There are others that are updated and more comfortable.

Utah week

It was great staying here, everything was there when we needed it and the resort itself was amazing for the family and kids during the week for the softball tournament we played in. Definitely will stay again

Excellent Stay for Sports Weekend

The unit was exactly what we needed for a weekend in St. George for a 2 day swim meet. The couch/Ottoman combo was perfect for my 13 year old. Having 2 bathrooms was a game changer for the familly.

Great stay and location

We love staying at las Palmas and this condo was perfect for a girls trip. Its location was right next to the indoor/outdoor pool and a close walk to other pools. We would definitely stay here again.

Las Palmas always an enjoyable stay

Most importantly: it was clean. Only (minor) issues: 1: Little to no soaps/shower gel (zero dishwasher soap), and a couple of garbage bags. I assumed the dishes in the dishwasher only got rinsed. 2: Some of the clubhouse “stuff” is worn/broken (eg several exercise machines are broken, pool table is broken, etc). Condo is in good shape, all the pools were open and heated and the grounds were in good shape.

Not as nice as condos in the complex

I have stayed at other condos in this complex. A lot have newer furniture and a little bit nicer. This one was a little rundown, but it was fine for the two nights that we were there. It’s close to the pool but I don’t know that it that is worth it, there are rentals in the same complex that a little bit further away from the pool that have a lot nicer interiors

Good location.

Disappointed in tv reception. No hair dryer. No placemats. No garbage bags. No coffee table to put a cup or glass on when sitting on the sofa. Took a very long time to get hot water in the shower. I think the hosts should either improve the property or lower the price.

It couldn't have been better

We spent 5 nights for the Huntsman Senior games. We used the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. Out room was attractive, spotless, very spacious and comfortable. Our friends came over to play cards and were very impressed. All instructions were clear and we had no complaints. The internet was not the fastest, but that wasn't what we were there for. We loved our stay.

Decent stay

Overall Good stay. We werent at the condo a ton but Just a couple things though. The extra pillows in the closet had some else's hair all over it. The 3/4 bathroom had ants, and the shower curtain to the tub had black stuff on it. There were candy wrappers in between the plates in the cupboard and inside the cupboards are dusty.

Good location but beds too soft

Beds too soft. We did not have enough hot water. We had to do a lot of cleaning ourselves- strip beds, gather all towels, do dishes & take out our own garbage. Why pay large cleaning fee & damage deposit?

Great Family Vacation Rental

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and welcoming. Our only complaint was with the Las Palmas staff. They seemed annoyed with all the guest staying at the resort. They were especially rude about closing time. The sign on the door said 9am-9pm, but they came to the pool at 8:38pm blowing a whistle and shouting for everyone to get out of the pool. Many of the guest were gathering up their stuff and drying off and the staff was yelling for us to leave. It was really uncomfortable and didn't make us feel welcomed at the resort at all. Luckily our condo was nice so we were able to spend time there.

Wonderful Staycation

This condo was the perfect place for my small family and I to stay. The condo itself was very clean and updated. It was very cozy. Also the closeness to the big pool was convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

1000% NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!!

I want to first say, this place was super clean. However that does not make up for everything else bad. First, you pay a hefty amount per night, and it is SUPER outdated and old. (If you’re gonna charge that much you should at least update it and keep it nice) AND the owners does not let you control the AC. My baby did not sleep a full night once bc it was 77 degrees plus In the room he was sleeping in. And none of us adults ever slept because of the heat. We tried to communicate with the owner but they wouldn’t listen to us even after showing them a photo of the temp or they just ignored us. VERY VERY displease. Will never stay with them again.

All you need here!

This condo has all you need. Easy to find and lots of parking. Owner is very responsive and communicates well. We had an issue the first night with the cable not working and he sent someone over immediately and got it resolved with the cable company in the morning. The beds are very soft and I have a bad back so I slept on the sofa. This unit is on the second floor so if stairs are a issue for you, this might not be the right fit. Also, you don’t have much control over the people above you that sound like a heard of elephants up there, thankfully the was only on the last night. As for this unit, I would definitely stay here again.
