We arrived later than we had planned so we were too tired to do a walk thru as we normally do with rentals. (Arrived at 5am after driving 30 hours, tired) After getting a few hours of sleep saw that the cleaning was not that type of cleaning where you feel comfortable jumping in the shower or in bed under the covers.

Thank you for staying with us. We’re sorry to hear the home did not feel as expected after your long travel day. The home was prepared before arrival, and no cleanliness concerns were reported to our team during the reservation, so we were not given the opportunity to inspect or address anything while the stay was active. We are always available to help with concerns reported during a stay and appreciate feedback that allows us to review our processes with the cleaning team.

Overall ok. House was good. Nice beds and tvs. Kitchen was nice. The pool and spa were dirty. We paid for heat for the pool as we had 3 days with temps in the 70's and sunny but the pool never got out of the 50's. I would recommend never getting pool heat here.
