Relaxing Family Getaway!

This beautiful, lakefront home is located in a scenic quiet cove in a family friendly neighborhood. Relax in the new 40 ft. covered outdoor living space with ceiling fans, large round picnic table, gas grill, and sitting area to enjoy the view of the lake or on the spacious dock with a bar and four barstools. The living room and kitchen have a great lake view, with hardwood flooring, a fireplace and 55 inch Smart TV with Dish network. There is also a coffee bar featuring a Keurig coffee maker for your enjoyment and free fi-wi. Three bedrooms with updated carpet and decor feature a flat screen TV and ceiling fan, and will accommodate 8-9 people comfortably. There is a King-size bed in the downstairs bedroom, two regular-size beds in one upstairs bedroom, and a regular-size bed and a couch in the bedroom that one person can sleep on with additional room on the two sectional couch recliners in the living room. There are two full bathrooms, each with marble-top vanities and a tub/shower. A stacked washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. A total of four parking spaces are available and are right in front of the property as well as one 20 x 10 foot boat slip at the dock. There is a great swim area for children and adults protected by the dock and walking bridge. “NO PARTIES” of any kind and “NO PETS”are allowed or you will lose your $400 deposit. (Due to allergies in family and respectively to guest that suffer from allergies) The individuals reserving must be at least 30 YEARS Old.
