High ceilings, plentiful recessed lights, all granite countertops, tile throughout, flat screens in every bedroom plus the family room, high speed internet...it's all here to enjoy.
5 Beds Total:
-There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom with large walk in closet & a private bathroom. The master bathroom has a separate shower & deep soaking tub.
-The Two guest bedrooms each have one King & one Queen bed and share a Jack and Jill Bathroom with double sink vanity, then a door to open a private toilet/shower area & both with large closets.
* Extra Bed - an Italian twin fold-out bed for a preteen is available upon request for your stay for + linens provided in master closet ($25 charge for 8th Guest )
* Pack & Play - travel crib available in master closet ( complimentary )
-The 3rd bathroom is a half bath in the front of the home.

Also, In the front of the home, next to the 1/2 bath is the 4th Bedroom - A New Twin Daybed with memory foam mattress is in this room to sleep the 7th Adult + A twin trundle bed that pulls out under the daybed for 2 twin beds in this room.
This room can be used as a bedroom, small dining room or office as it can be closed off by a door & lock and would make a nice place to sit quietly & work from the home. There are windows w. a view of the landscaped front yard & gardens. No closet in this room.

Steps away from the home is the Beautiful Vanderbilt Beach, The Ritz Carlton, Dining & Shopping. + Gyms,
Golf, Tennis & Basketball & Playgrounds. Bike to Delnor Wiggins State Park/Beach and Enjoy the Ocean Breeze. * Local Golf
Cart / Shuttle Rides to & from the Beach Are Available and will pick you up in front of this home.

Pool Heater * the pool is heated to 82 degrees Complimentary!
Hot Tub is set to 102degrees from 7-10pm unless you request different hours.

You have full use of the heated Pool Anytime + hot tub at 82 degrees during your stay.

*Please no tampering with pool equipment/damage to the system, or increasing pool heat without asking, there may be additional fee !! the system is on a remote setting so I can see if it’s been changed*

In the event Pool/Hot Tub heat can not be restored during your stay - A one time credit/refund of $25 total, for no heat will be issued. Please note if you decide to cancel your stay after you’ve checked in, this will result in No additional refund of rent.
