This is a new rental to the island.Tangerine Dreams is the lower right unit of four units of Beach Dreams.It is a one bedroom unit that will sleep 4 guests with a queen pull out sofa bed. It has one bathroom and a full kitchen. One small /compact car is allowed with this unit. If you need additional offsite parking, it is available however only one car is the allowed limit. Washer and dryer included as well as dishwasher. Nothing better than this spot for your beach dreams. This unit offers one master bedroom with an attached bathroom.The living room has a large sofa that can sleep two. This unit offers a balcony facing Gulf Drive and this unit does not have a beach view. Beach towels and beach umbrellas are available also. Internet and wifi is included. One large tv in the master bedroom. Please call 9414473381 for any questions.

Perfect location

Long weekend getaway. Property was clean and tidy. We were on the beach or at the local restaurants and establishments all day, so didnt spend much time indoors by design. It was perfect for what we wanted to do.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Recently stayed here with my wife as a bit of a birthday celebration. The place was immaculate! We were a less than 2 minute walk from the town and the place is literally on the beach. My only regret is not staying one extra day. My wife did not want to leave.

Walking distance

We loved the location of this place! We walked to dinner and shopping every night and the beach was right out our doorstep. We would definitely recommend Tangerine Dreams.

Not what we envisioned

Bottom line: This place was not for us. I believe the owner is very nice! I believe that the pictures make it look very different from what it actually looks like. It’s very small & Claustrophobic. We paid for 2 nights (+ all fee) & had to leave after the 1st night, as the bed hurt our backs & the couch is very old & tired as well, so that was not an option. When we 1st got there, we were very excited about the little town & fully believed that we would want to come back to the area, but in a different unit. The unit is directly on the road & you do not have DIRECT Beach access, even though it is a stones throw away to walk to the public entrance, but you do not have a place to sit outside & enjoy the sunset. no patio, no balcony. The view is the ladder laying down out the window. Many might like this place, but it’s not for us. Parking was Inconvenient & confusing at 1st. We were not given check instructions until after the unit was cleaned from the previous renters (requiring finding a place to pull over on our drive that had internet), but they DID allow us to check in early. The property is old & I think they did their best without having to spend much money . The only bathroom is TINY, Bedroom on the street… NOT FOR US.

Perfect walking location for beach and bar fun!

This compact little property is perfect for 2 people. Clean unit and great communication from Mgr with any questions! Couldn’t believe how very convenient to walk to everything food, fun, beach, tourist shops and bar fun!! We highly recommend the beach house restaurant, wicked cantina for killer breakfast tacos on the patio and kokonut bar n grill.

Great host

Wendy was a perfect host and her condo was perfect for my husband and I. Our coffee maker stopped working on the second day and she replaced it immediately. It was a short walk to Bridge Street and short walk to the beach!

Gets no closer to the beach!!!

The property was actually much nicer than the pictures depicted. Parking was an issue daily. The description stated compact cars only but, different cars parked in our spot during the first couple days of our stay. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants. Had to contact the owner for check in info at check in time, which was a little unusual. Overall, the property was nice.

Beach Dreams

Super location adjacent to 1.5 miles of beach and a short walk to restaurants etc. Traffic on the main road to and from Longboat Key can be heavy but there is no reason to leave with the Gulf a short walk away. Unit is fine for 2 but would be cramped with more.

Its clean and on the beach :)Need dead bolt changed and sleeper sofa was very unconfortable even for the kids . Parking is first come first served . If you you come home after 7:00 PM will have to park accros the street by the abondebt building so all the tenants are competeng for the two spots by the house .

Great Location

Very convenient walk to great restaurants and shopping. It was great to be right on the beach. Sunsets are incredible right out the back door. Make sure you understand the parking situation. Small cars, no problem.

Great location near Bridge Street

Cute place. Parking is tight even for a compact car. The AC(window unit) is in the living area and the only one, so the bedroom was hot. The ceiling fans and bathroom vent are covered in dust. We cleaned the one in the bedroom as the dust was hanging from the blades. The written information on VRBO and the notebook in the house is not totally accurate, like no TV in the bedroom. But close to the beach and shops, marina and restaurants. Walking distance. Very nicely decorated and stocked with the essentials
