New Year stay

Property manager was very helpful. Allowed early and late check out with no stress or hazzel. Roof top is Awesome to have a direct view of beach.

Great vacation spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great vacation spot. Beach Club at AMI was very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Our rooms were great, everything we needed and the staff were super friendly and made arrangements to help return some items we left behind. We will defiantly here again.

Only 1 thing not liked

All was perfect except for the Murphy bed. Terrible mattress and pillows in room 7. May be just me and the wife but sleep was a little painful. Especially when getting up. I still would recommend this facility

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything and very convenient. We spent a few amazing days here and truly enjoyed every moment. The beach was beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and all the restaurants we visited were absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely love to come back! Los atardeceres espectaculares The only small complaint was the comfort of the bed, as it was not very comfortable for us, and there was quite a bit of noise at night coming from the air conditioning. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!

Not the same

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time staying at Beach Club. Last stay 2 years ago and property was in good shape then, and had great experience. Unlikely to return after this trip. We rented 2 units with a number of issues. AC kept turning off in unit 7. Shower head didn't work right. In unit 6, fridge leaked, right side of stove didn't work, towel bar and toilet were loose. There were holes in the wall where holes had been drilled for TV brackets. The unit next to us, 5, partied until 1 AM two nights in a row. Very large group.The redeeming qualities this time was the woman working in the office and really glad there were beach umbrellas and chairs.

Great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful property and Alice in the front office was so pleasant and helpful. My only issue, and it was a minor one in the overall scheme of things, is that the air conditioner was quite noisy which was noticeable during the night. But overall, this is a great place to stay and I plan to return!

Most were small, however, the water heater was very, very loud and ran consistently.

Mattress on fold out couch and murphy bed where a bit saggy.
