This is the perfect location with the perfect view. We have stayed at this location previously, but in a different unit. After several years of coming to AMI, this was our favorite location and unit. No need to bring beach chairs or towels as they are provided. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and shops!

This condo was right on the beach literally steps. and provided lots of beach chairs for all guests for all the units. Unit 8 is perfect for 2 people and the bed was so comfortable. It provided accessories for the beach including towels, chairs, noodles, small coolers, boogie board. There is an amazing tiki hut bar/cafe right next door that had live music and other restaurants and shops just across the street. We had the perfect stay !

This was my 4th time to Anna, and the island itself is spectacular. The location of this rental is especially nice if you like to hang out on the beach. The spot is perfect! There’s a balcony with two chairs for watching the sunset, and several comfortable chairs to use day or night!

The condo was perfect. Exactly as pictured and any questions were instantly responded to. Great location to restaurants and a short bike ride to Bridge street shops. We thoroughly enjoyed pur time there and the ability to walk out the door with my towel and toes in the sand. We loved the Cafe next door right on the beach. Nice atmosphere, good food and super convenient. Would highly recommend the condo. Great find.

We had a pretty good stay here in Beach House #8. PROS:1. Location is great, truly right on the beach. 2. Two blocks from free trolley stop. 3. A comfortable stay with beach chairs/umbrella and pretty much everything we needed. CONS:1. We had a little trouble finding that the unit when we arrived as units 5-8 were up 3 flights of stairs, on the top level. I don’t recall seeing that in the description nor in the check in instructions. 2. One night the door lock pad would not work and we couldn’t get in. We got in touch with the manager/owner and waited outside for about 30 minutes until they arrived with a key. The door was hard to open even once it was unlocked. It was VERY hot & humid during our stay and humidity could have played a part.3. The front of the unit is on a very busy street, Gulf Dr. You must be very careful when crossing.

We're sorry the keypad gave you trouble that evening. We're always reachable by phone or text, and we were glad to get there quickly and get you inside. For future guests, the unit also has a backup lockbox right at the door, which is where we retrieved the key that night, so there's always a second way in. And you're right that Gulf Drive is busy. It's also what makes the trolley, restaurants, and shops so easy to reach, and we always recommend using the marked crosswalks. We'd love to welcome you back! Warm regards, Wendy

Quick trip to the beach

Everything about this location was amazing! The location was beautiful, you could hear the waves crashing from the living room, and walking distance to great locations.

The location was perfect! On the beach in just a few steps. The beach was not crowded at all either. Super easier to get to anything we needed during our stay as well. The owner was super responsive anytime we reach out. We will definitely be back!

Had a great time and we were just a few steps to the beach! Got to watch the sun set every night from our balcony. This place offered stuff that we have never had at other condos. Sometimes it’s the small things, like salt and pepper, extra trash bags and my husband’s favorite a box fan! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Property was very clean when we arrived. Beautiful views looking over the beach and sunsets. A lot of shops and places to eat in walking distance. Free trolley rides to farther parts of the island.

A great place and perfect location!

The whole experience was fantastic! All our expectations were met. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and the tiki bar/restaurant right next door was a plus! We will defiantly be coming back.

Fantastic property

Everything we read about the property was accurate. Fantastic location, easy walking distance to shopping and food and right on the beach. The fully stocked beach supply closet was a bonus! They have everything needed for some fun in the sun. Highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful location

Absolutely a perfect location! Beautiful and a great place to walk to fun restaurants. They were tearing down the building next door and will be building on to the restaurant next door. Might want to check with the owners on noise and timeline. Totally stay again after done with construction. Bring soap, shampoo and bath soap.

Hi Kelly, We would love to have you back! While we don't provide shampoo, we do provide hand, dish soap, dish and laundry detergent. I'm so sorry I didn't know that was an issue and would have shared that it was in the cabinet. It's why we check in with all our guests within 24 hours of arrival. We want your stay to be fantastic. Thankfully the heavy equipment that was making noise during your stay is gone. They have no plans of breaking up the concrete again. It was noisy for a few days but I haven't seen anyone working there since. We're glad you loved the location and appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
