Cute cozy condo with view of the pool. This is an end unit so it is very private and quiet. You can go right down the steps outside the unit to go visit the pool or soak in the hot tub.

The space
We have a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. There is a great shower stall with easy access. There is a washer and dryer on each level.

Other things to note
Per resort policy: You need to be 21 years of age to check-in or be accompanied by an adult.

The place was a perfect location for what me and my family needed. The place was very well stocked with towels, sheets, and kitchen essentials. We also used the pull-out sofa, which was very comfortable and clean. The owners were super accommodating and communication was very quick. I would definitely want to stay here in the future!

Great location for a calm weekend getaway, lots to do in the area. Clean, accurate with a nice view of the marsh and pool area. Hot tubs on property was a nice change up. Excellent communication from the Host. Would most certainly stay here again. Beach is not walkable but a very easy drive no more than 5 min and lots of parking, not crowded at least this past weekend. Restrooms are close by. We enjoyed our stay.

Just want to clarify - Beach access is 1/2 mile away. It is an easy walk through the resort on wide sidewalks with minimal traffic. You can drive and park at the Beach Club which has plenty of parking, restrooms and a deck with chairs and shade.

Very nice. Only drawback was lady one floor down and one condo over had a dog who barked constantly. She left window open and it became annoying. We love dogs but the constant barking disrupted the peace and tranquility.

I wish you had told me about the barking dog during your stay. I would have contacted security and the HOA to speak to that renter. I have been there many times and it is always quiet. As the owner I can deal with any issues that come up as long as I am aware.

Great place

It was very nice, the resort had nice pool and hot tubs. Beach was close by and very nice. Not very crowded and we loved our time there and hope to come back.

Great Getaway Spot!

Great place for 2 to getaway! Short and nice walk to the beach, or even shorter drive to bescj access. Lots of nice restaurants and shops within 10-minute drive.
