For a relaxing private holiday, the BOATHOUSE is the place. Set amongst gum trees with kookaburras, lorikeets,cockatoos,ducks,pelicans you will find it relaxing, whilst at the same time,close to all the action. The BOATHOUSE has its own private jetty for sunset drinks plus use of the owners kayak for exploring beautiful Avoca Lake if you wish.
There is plenty of parking at the back. The BOATHOUSE.
has a private deck with a BBQ, Lounge,and outdoor setting all overlooking a tranquil garden and out to the lake and the jetty..
Inside,the BOATHOUSE has a kitchenette, a queen size bed, tv, modern bathroom, books, games, dvds, linen,beach towels, beach umbrella are all supplied. .

Avoca's award winning theatre is wthin walking distance and has all the local releases. There are numerous good cafes, restaurants,clothing shops all 150 metere walk from The BOATHOUSE. Avoca has lovely walks,interesting wildlife,kayaking on the lake, walking distance for a surf,fishing,hire the tennis courts.

A relaxing stay at Avoca Beach

We enjoyed the comfort and quiet location of The Boathouse. It was well set up for the two of us and in a very pretty location close to the village shops. We were surprised that it was only a short walk to Avoca Beach.We enjoyed our stay and Max and Kerry were most helpful to us.

Tranquil escape with plenty to do

We loved our stay and so easy to relax with beach and shops close by. Absolutely beautiful.

Perfect little spot

The Boathouse was every thing it claimed to be but in addition had a real sense of peace and loveliness about it that we appreciated for our little stay at gorgeous Avoca Beach

We loved the Boathouse!

What an incredible place that we called paradise. Waking up to the greenery and views of the water was perfect. We will definitely be back. Kerry & Max were so lovely to deal with from start to finish. Cannot fault anything. Thank you so much

Enjoyable holiday

Lovely house in a very peaceful and relaxing setting. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Would highly recommend had everything you need to enjoy your stay.

This property is known for its privacy and for being close to the beach and shops at Avoca Beach. Guests mostly do not start their car after arrival as we are so close to everything and yet private right on the lakefront. Between walking to the picture theatre, coffee shops and beach, cars are very rarely used.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The Boathouse is set amongst banana trees, palm trees, frangapani trees, gum trees etc etc. the bird life is amazing as are the ducks, water hens etc. The Boathouse has its own private jetty, kayak for your use if you wish. All in all a relaxing laid back experience.
