This 1900 sq ft luxury corner condo offers excellent privacy situated on the second floor with gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez, located in phase I of this magnificent development. The condo is tastefully decorated with local art and uses colors to create a bright and cheerful environment. A spacious outdoor patio/porch is conducive to relaxation: eating and reading.

Satellite TV present in both bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cooking amenities. The water has a UV filtration system. A washer and dryer are located in a nice laundry room.

An easy walk (2 miles) to the lovely, historic, downtown San Jose del Cabo. The shopping is unparalleled. The condo is across the street from MEGA Store for stocking food and supplies. A car rental is available though most persons use the city transportation.

Las Mananitas includes two freshwater and one saltwater pool. There is a first class gym, lighted tennis court and putting green. A recently constructed Jack Nicholas golf course is across the street.

Great condo in great location!

We loved Ron's place. It was spacious, comfortable and. had everything you could possibly need! Honestly, the listing pictures don't even do it justice! Would definitely stay here again.

Baja getaway

Lovely property, well maintained, courteous friendly staff and community. Groceries and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful pools and ocean views.Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen all well-equipped, easy storage. Patio seating awkward but works. Would happily return!

Everything We Hoped For

The condo had everything we needed & some things we didn't expect, like laundry detergent. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Overall it was decorated nicely and felt homey. The balcony is huge and the views!! Listened to booming waves and saw amazing sunrises. Red flags on the beach, but the pools were very nice. BEST stay for us! Very likely we'll be back.

Christmas at Las Mananitas

We have stayed on this property several times before and love the view and location right on the beach. Very handy to be right by the large grocery stores and we uber into town or to local snorkeling beaches easily. The property is very well maintained and clean. Quite spot. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay in San Jose del Cabo

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Maninitas. The condo was just so comfortable--it really had everything we needed. The pool area was especially nice and our balcony area with its view of the ocean was lovely. The complex was very quiet while we were there which was great for us but might not be suited as well to younger people.

Perfect in every way!

This condo exceeded all expectations! From seamless communication to the perfect location, everything was outstanding. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the amenities top-notch. Perfect location in San Jose Del Cabo

A wonderful end unit with beautifully manicured grounds! The unit fit our needs perfectly and the owner was a delight to communicate with. We have stayed in other units and haven’t had the best experience with the owner. This was a really pleasant experience! You won’t want to leave the lovely ocean view! The location is excellent for groceries and restaurants. The pools are amazing!

Always a wonderful place to enjoy Los Cabos

This was our third time staying in Ron’s condo and it never disappoints. Ron always keeps in contact with us during the booking and checks in to be sure we made it to the condo ok. The condo has such a beautiful view, we routinely wake up to enjoy the sunrise. The condo is so well maintained and we noted some new appliances since our last stay. Stay During Ironman Race

This condo is phenomenal! We expected a nice property (due to the description on VRBO), but it well exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well decorated, gorgeous location (overlooking the beach and pool), with a huge balcony that was perfect for drinking morning coffee and relaxing any time during the day. Also very quiet, and it was in a very convenient location - near a market, bakery, and lots of restaurants. The owner (Ron) is a wonderful, very helpful person. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Amazing Stay

This condo, the grounds, the people, the views, the pools and the proximity were amazing! We had an amazing stay at Las Mananitas and will for sure be back. The pictures you see on the VRBO site do not do justice for this condo. The decor is darling, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed, light and airy, very clean and the patio is outstanding. Very close to the large grocery store and walking distance to amazing restaurants. We did not rent a car which was just fine. We took the bus to the Center and that worked great. Thank you Ron for sharing your little piece of paradise with us, you were right, we LOVED our stay.

Very Overdue Review

I just realized that I had not written a review about our stay at the condo last November! We were the first ones to stay here after the terrible Hurricane that hit in September. Ron was wonderful regarding the reservation and was supportive of any decision that we wanted to make about keeping our plans to stay at the condo. Lucky for us, the condo was in great shape and showed minimal damage (a few broken outdoor lights and ceiling fans inside were not usable). This was our second stay at the condo and we really love the location of the end unit. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to plan another trip in the future. Perfect spot

My family had such a wonderful time. Very clean space, spacious deck with a beautiful view of the crashing waves, walkable to grocery store and center square. We found that taking the local bus was the best way to go. The taxi’s are more expensive than the USA big city rates. You can talk them down but why bargain when you can pay less than a dollar for the bus which goes everywhere? Owners maintain great communication. We felt welcomed and appreciated all the toys in the closet to play with. Boogie boards, tennis racquets, balls, yoga mat. The pools on the grounds are stunning and the perfect temp. We also enjoyed the 9 hole put-put in the evenings. We will definitely be back! Thank you for letting us stay at your condo! A much needed and perfect vacation spot!

Exceeded all expectations!

We just returned from a wonderful stay in Ron’s beautiful condo at Las Mananitas in San Jose del Cabo. We have been traveling to Cabo and the East Cape for 20 years. This was our favorite spot yet! The unit itself is very spacious, airy, clean, has exceptionally comfortable beds and a spacious balcony that overlooks the pool, beach and ocean. We had breakfast every morning out on the patio and couldn’t get enough of the view. The beach in front of the until is wide, sandy and not crowded. Our kids had the best time body surfing and swimming in the waves. The grounds at Las Mananitas are beautifully maintained. Just a very peaceful, relaxing stay in a gorgeous spot. We loved going to the historic town square at night-a short drive away. La Comer was a fantastic, high-end grocery store just a short walk away. We bought fresh tortillas, guacamole, pico de gallo and limes every morning and snacked our way through the day. Ron was an exceptional host. Very responsive, helpful, polite and wonderful to work with. We can’t wait for our next trip to this property! Thank you for a wonderful, much needed vacation, Ron!

Family vacation

Lovely condo complex on the water… I would say great for older couples looking for a quiet relaxing time… pools are beautiful but meant for lounging , kids aren’t allowed to jump in Town is almost an hour walk with younger kids so we ended up taking Ubers everywhere Grocery store is close and Cynthia’s restaurant is around the corner and excellent! Cute condo , great space but needs a little updating and TLC … internet is awful if you didn’t stand next to the modem it didn’t work , tv’s could be updated also as they are not smart tvs (kids couldn’t get Disney plus etc) which isn’t a big deal but would have been nice. Sink handles are broken, stains in the shower, leaky shower in master bathroom, outdoor furniture was filthy, We had to buy more toliet paper, paper towel and a sponge just to do dishes. I thought those basics are usually included but I could be wrong? All in all great stay! Just felt that for the cost of the place it could have had a few more luxuries. Ron was great, very informative , emailed me and was available for any questions I had.

Very nice

Las Mananitas is the best! And this condo was a great place to stay as it’s on the 2nd floor of phase 1 with a nice view of the pool, grounds, beach and morning sunrise. Well stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen, towels, bedding , beach chairs, etc to make your stay comfortable. Owner was very responsive and would recommend this condo to others. We would stay here again.

A perfect space to stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be for a vacation! It was clean, spacious, and the view was incredible. We watched a whale from the balcony and enjoyed spending our time there. The property is also very well maintained and beautiful. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Excellent place to stay

The condo was very well cared for with newer furniture and interesting art. AC worked well when needed...everything worked well. There were a few minor needs (lightbulbs on deck, cupboard door) which the owner took care of within a day. The place was cleaner than most resorts, and the stocking of staples was a real plus. Previous renters left enough food to carry us through the first day until we were able to go to the store. The pool was a great temperature! Just came from resort where the water was too cold. Great place to eat at Cynthia's, a block away. Shrimp tacos were outstanding! Friendly guests and workers. The fellow at the gate went out of his way to assist with luggage and Uber transfer. I have stayed at Las Mananitas before and will be back again. This unit will be among my top choices.

Great stay

We could have not asked for a better experience. The host was excellent and made our stay one of the best. The location was perfect and the sunrise every morning was spectacular. The unit was in great shape with everything to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back again.
