This 1900 sq ft luxury corner condo offers excellent privacy situated on the second floor with gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez, located in phase I of this magnificent development. The condo is tastefully decorated with local art and uses colors to create a bright and cheerful environment. A spacious outdoor patio/porch is conducive to relaxation: eating and reading.

Satellite TV present in both bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cooking amenities. The water has a UV filtration system. A washer and dryer are located in a nice laundry room.

An easy walk (2 miles) to the lovely, historic, downtown San Jose del Cabo. The shopping is unparalleled. The condo is across the street from MEGA Store for stocking food and supplies. A car rental is available though most persons use the city transportation.

Las Mananitas includes two freshwater and one saltwater pool. There is a first class gym, lighted tennis court and putting green. A recently constructed Jack Nicholas golf course is across the street.

Everything As Expected!

This ideal 2 bdrm. condo has it all. Great location with fine ocean views of the breakers and fully equipped for two couples. Ron communicated regularly and is a fine host!

Christmas at Las Mananitas

We have stayed on this property several times before and love the view and location right on the beach. Very handy to be right by the large grocery stores and we uber into town or to local snorkeling beaches easily. The property is very well maintained and clean. Quite spot. Can’t wait to go back!

A perfect space to stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be for a vacation! It was clean, spacious, and the view was incredible. We watched a whale from the balcony and enjoyed spending our time there. The property is also very well maintained and beautiful. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Great place to stay in San Jose del Cabo

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Maninitas. The condo was just so comfortable--it really had everything we needed. The pool area was especially nice and our balcony area with its view of the ocean was lovely. The complex was very quiet while we were there which was great for us but might not be suited as well to younger people.

Great stay

We could have not asked for a better experience. The host was excellent and made our stay one of the best. The location was perfect and the sunrise every morning was spectacular. The unit was in great shape with everything to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back again.

Amazing condo in San Jose del Cabo

This was an amazing condo at a perfect location. Everything we needed in the kitchen and extras like pool floaties and beach chairs. The grocery store was basically across the street and lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. We will be coming back to stay here again!!

Perfect location in San Jose Del Cabo

A wonderful end unit with beautifully manicured grounds! The unit fit our needs perfectly and the owner was a delight to communicate with. We have stayed in other units and haven’t had the best experience with the owner. This was a really pleasant experience! You won’t want to leave the lovely ocean view! The location is excellent for groceries and restaurants. The pools are amazing!

Beautiful unit. Great owner.

We loved our stay here! Gorgeous well equipped home. Ron the owner was super accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The grounds are stunning and the beach is breathtaking. Great location, close to the big store, easy to get around. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for perfect vacation.

Baja beauty!

I stayed in this comfortable, spacious condo for a few days with my husband. Patio is my favorite spot with incredible views! Very quiet area with plenty of pools to choose from and wide beach for walking or enjoying the view of the sea. We had a great time.

Very Nice location

Everything went according to plan. We have been staying in this complex over the past 25 years. This unit is clean and priced right. It may need a few slight touch-ups due to the age. Otherwise all fine.

Excellent place to stay

The condo was very well cared for with newer furniture and interesting art. AC worked well when needed...everything worked well. There were a few minor needs (lightbulbs on deck, cupboard door) which the owner took care of within a day. The place was cleaner than most resorts, and the stocking of staples was a real plus. Previous renters left enough food to carry us through the first day until we were able to go to the store. The pool was a great temperature! Just came from resort where the water was too cold. Great place to eat at Cynthia's, a block away. Shrimp tacos were outstanding! Friendly guests and workers. The fellow at the gate went out of his way to assist with luggage and Uber transfer. I have stayed at Las Mananitas before and will be back again. This unit will be among my top choices.

Always a wonderful place to enjoy Los Cabos

This was our third time staying in Ron’s condo and it never disappoints. Ron always keeps in contact with us during the booking and checks in to be sure we made it to the condo ok. The condo has such a beautiful view, we routinely wake up to enjoy the sunrise. The condo is so well maintained and we noted some new appliances since our last stay. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place.

Best location in San Jose Los Cabo

Our second time staying in Las Manitas. Everything you need is a few minutes away. Resort is well maintained. Gym. Pools. Tennis Court. Condo is beautiful and clean. Has everything you need. Ron is an excellent host.

Stay During Ironman Race

This condo is phenomenal! We expected a nice property (due to the description on VRBO), but it well exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well decorated, gorgeous location (overlooking the beach and pool), with a huge balcony that was perfect for drinking morning coffee and relaxing any time during the day. Also very quiet, and it was in a very convenient location - near a market, bakery, and lots of restaurants. The owner (Ron) is a wonderful, very helpful person. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Wonderful stay!

We have the best time at Ron’s home looking out to the ocean. This place is so spacious and has all the things you will need for your trip. He really goes above and beyond with having card games and extra chairs to take to the beach. Even satellite tv so we could still watch some NBA playoffs. His unit is prime with the best view of the beautiful pool and the beach. It was quiet and tranquil. We were visiting San Jose for a wedding and I am pregnant and I was more than comfortable and felt so safe. We will definitely stay here again!
