This recently furnished condo has 3 bedrooms 2 baths and fully furnished kitchen. It is located on the ground floor so there are no stairs.

Las Palmas resort provides swimming (Olympic size to kiddie pools), tennis, shuffle board, ping pong, racquetball and a large work out room. 10 people a day can use the resort with our membership. Additional persons cost $5 a day.

We have 2 Homeowner pools especially for children with hot tubs.

We are close to the very popular Tuacahn outdoor theater which has excellent plays.

If you love biking there are some wonderful trails close by.

One hour away from Zions National Park.

1 1/2 hours from Vegas.

The Shakespearean festival in Cedar City is 50 minutes away.

Close to the Children's museum, splash pads, shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores.

A very large new park with a fun train ride (very small fee) and playground equipment is 5 minutes away by car.

We are 10 minutes from the LDS St. George Temple.

We had a lovely time, there was a little confusion at check-in, but other than that, our host was very kind and very hospitable. The unit was very clean and very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was on the ground floor. Had a great view of the valley. It was clean and as described. Communication with the owner was good. Pool was shared by MANY units. Because of the surrounding trees, there was a lot a debris in the family pool. Sleeping rooms were quiet.

Great stay

Great stay! Clean, comfortable, plenty of room for a good sized family. Loved all of the amenities and activities that came with the place. Will be staying there again.

The rooms and living spaces were very clean and comfortable. The amenities of Las Palmas (e.g., the pools, the water slides, outdoor games) were fantastic and the condo itself had a great view from the patio. Our family enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book a trip here again!

Saint George Stay

The location was great! It was close to everything we needed. We loved the access to the pool and the clubhouse. We used all of it while we were there.

3 brothers and their wives share the ownership of this condo It has been a great vacation spot for our family to get away from our home in Salt Lake City. We have loved hiking, swimming, biking, playing tennis, racquetball, visiting the sand dunes in Snow Canyon, hiking in Pioneer Park and exploring other parts of St. George. We have enjoyed side trips to Vegas, and Zion National Park, the Grand Canyon and other close attractions in Southern Utah. Tuacahn, an excellent local outdoor theater, is a great local attraction as well. When it is cold in the North we enjoy the warmer weather of St. George. It holds many treasured memories for our family.

Our condo is unique because it is on the ground floor of the three story building so there are no stairs. The view overlooking Green Valley and Snow Canyon in the distance is BEAUTIFUL. We were attracted to the property because of the view as well as the amenities of the Green Valley Spa and Resort. We also love to vacation in St. George with its slightly slower pace.
