Location, Spectacular Views and Luxury. Located one mile outside of the town of Banner Elk it has easy access to Beech Mountain and sugar mountain. This condo is in a community except when in the home it feels more like you are in the wilderness with no one around. The views are phenomenal with natural south-facing panoramic observation of Grandfather mountain. And the amenities in this condo include high end finishes including granite counter tops, travertine floors, oversized showers and tubs. Finally, this condo is accessible to all with zero step entry and will accommodate wheel chair accessibility.

The Vistas is a condo community that offer the opportunity for guests to walk their dog in the community, cook out on the adjoining grill and enjoy the breathtaking views from the back patio.
