This apartment is on the quiet back side of the building (away from the street). It is a 'terrace level apartment', meaning you walk down several steps to get to the entrance. This is a small 1 bedroom. It has a queen size bed in the bedroom area and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom door is a louvered door. You can see photos of the actual backyard and entrance areas.

This building has electronic locks so check-in is easy. Like many buildings of this era in DC the building heat/air conditioning system that either heats or cools, depending on time of year. It does not do both simultaneously. If you have any questions just let us know.

Late spring and summer are the 'high season' very high demand months, moreso this year than ever before as this is the first year that many federal agencies and private employers are bring people back to DC, and they are making up for lost productivity during Covid. Most furnished housing providers in DC will only take bookings for three months or longer during these months. We will do less, but the rates do go up. And generally we try to match an incoming booking with an apartment that is available within a week or so of the requested date. For instance if you are seeking a month rental beginning July 1 we would want to match your request with a property available in very late June or July 1. If the property you inquired about seems to have an availability date that may not match up then you can always check HERE see all properties and their available dates.

Our average booking is around four to six months. We are primarily a longer term lodging provider. We can do shorter, but in the furnished housing business rates go up for shorter stays.
