This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with approximately 2900+ square feet gives you all you need for your stay. Amenities include a great kitchen, large living room, upstairs game room, 3 TVs, nice outdoor area with a pool, ceiling fans, comfortable seating and a fire bowl!

Great Ring Day

Great location, hosts are very responsive and helpful. Peaceful backyard setting. Kids loved the game room. Nice neighborhood with easy access to campus.

Great game day experience

We really enjoyed our stay. Even with a little traffic we were at the game in 10-15 minutes. Lots of great home touches and the hosts were great. Would highly recommend.

Great location!

It was so nice to have a pool for when the rain stopped, and so nice to be in a wonderful neighborhood near so many things that we wanted to see and do. There was plenty of room for our friends and family, and Kimberly was very responsive--even on her birthday! Loved the shower in the master bath! Easy checkout instructions, too. We would stay there again.

College Station

We were in College Station to perform a memorial for my brother-in-law and had family coming in from Boerne, New Braunfels, Arkansas, and Houston. This was the PERECT place to meet and reflect. It was beautiful, peaceful, and met our every need. Everyone was very happy with the choice and would definitely stay again. Thumbs up!!!

Perfect Stay

We rented the property for Spring Game weekend. It was a perfect spot for our crew to stay between visits to campus. We would recommend this spot for anyone wanting a quiet neighborhood but not far from campus.

Football weekend

Good, clean place. Upstairs beds are doubles so non-spouse sleeping for adults is awkward. Plenty of space, descent tv setup and a very nice pool for warmer weather. Try it, you will like it.

Just like home

This home is perfect for family visiting College Station. We brought our family down to celebrate our Aggie's birthday and attend the football game on Saturday. This home is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The home is equipped with anything you could possibly need. We hope to come back on one of our future visits to Aggieland.

Reunion Weekend trip

The home was well maintained and cleaned for our arrival. Everything was as it was advertised and was very easy to access. Kimberly was quick to respond to inquiries and it was an enjoyable weekend!

Fantastic home for rent

We loved staying at this home! It is lovely, the owner is very available and the pool in the back yard is the icing on the cake! I highly recommend it to anyone needing a 4 bedroom home to rent.

Great stay!

I really enjoyed the house. Nice, spacious and very clean. The pool is amazing. We spent hours upon hours enjoying it. Kim was the best. Extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Time in College Station

We had 4 couples , 3 of which had small children. Great house and extremely easy to communicate with Kimberly. Would happily recommend this property for any large groups or families. Thank you for your hospitality, Kimberly!

Spacious

We were in College Station for a Football game, we had 12 family members stay here for four nights and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had a fabulous time enjoying the house and the amenities, especially the pool area. The location was perfect for our daily needs. Kimberly was a great host and we enjoyed her hospitality and we were thankful for her attentiveness. I Highly recommend this beautiful home and location!

Great house and service!

Great house and Kimberly was so great to work with in planning the details for our 4 night stay. Unfortunately, didn't get to enjoy the pool because of weather, but backyard/porch and pool is great for outdoor entertaining! Thank you, Kimberly!

Great Location

Our family loved the location of this home. It was in a quiet neighborhood near the Texas A & M stadium. Kimberly was very quick to answer any text that I sent. The house was also spacious.
