If you cancel your booking within 2 months of your arrival date any refund is subject to us rebooking the property for the same time as your booking. In the event that we are instructed by the owner to cancel your booking a full refund will be made to you.

Covid-19 Cancellations: Reservations made after 14th March 2020 will fall under the relevant Low, High or Peak season cancellation policy. After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected therefore transportation disruptions, border closures, health advisories and quarantines and other government mandates such as evacuation orders, prohibitions on short term rentals, shelter in place requirements and any other COVID-19 or other pandemic related travel disruptions fall under regular cancellation policy.
