BOOKING POLICIES

There is a $25 charge per person per night over the standard occupancy. Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.

Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.

All rates are subject to a 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% hotel tax & 7% booking fee.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

A comfortable base to explore Whistler and Blackcomb

This unit was a perfect base for our family holiday in Whistler. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the village and a quiet neighborhood. Highlights included hikes along the Cheakamus River, cycling around nearby Lost Lake and taking the gondola up to both peaks. We loved it!

This property was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The kitchen had all you could need and we also enjoyed the selection of games and puzzles. The location was just perfect and we would definitely use this rental agency again if we find ourselves in Whistler.

Great experience

Comfortable unit, good location just a nice walk away from the Village. Very well equipped.Everything was supplied down to the smallest details. Best equipped kitchen in any vacation rental I have been in. Property Managers very professional with excellent communication.

Great location , good value

We really enjoyed this unit. Few things are well thought of like HDMI cable, board games for kids. Thank you for the great experience. We will definitely be back in future to the same unit. Suggestion is to have a better mattress in the main bedroom and replace linen on sofa mattress which was not in my case.

So relaxing

Spent a lovely week relaxing and enjoying the amazing view! We come out every summer, have done for the past 20 plus years. Love being in the Benchlands as it nice to be able to walk to the village but then feel miles away from it at the same time. Everything we needed was here and loved walking to the lake for a swim on the hot days! Only negative is being the end unit you get a little more noise due to the temporary parking,but nothing bad enough to ruin our stay! Would definitely recommend!

Spacious Townhouse

This place was large and spotlessly clean. Great, scenic location outside of the village noise. This is the end unit right next to the unloading parking area and the master bedroom window faces it so we ended up with vehicles backed in running their engines outside our window. There is also a unit above and we could hear them thumping around into the evening. Nothing too bad but worth noting if you have sound issues.

Great for 4

We loved everything about this condo. If we could buy it we would! Great view, great open kitchen, and I loved that the unit was close to temporary loading area. Very quiet location with easy access to Lost Lake. Bring your own lake/hot tub towels. My only complaint is that the condo was vacant for a few days before we arrived so we asked if an early check-in was possible. Harmony Whistler said they would make a note of the request and to call when we were close. I called in the morning and was told there was a maintenance issue and that it needed to be inspected that morning. So we grabbed lunch in town and waites. At 3 pm we got a call that we could check in. So basically an hour early. I wish they had just told us that it did not look promising so we could make the most of our afternoon. I’ve stayed at other VRBO homes where the host went out of their way to offer early check-in if the home didn’t have back-to-back guests. If you are hoping for an early check-in, don’t count on it.

Great patio and view.

We stayed in this condo for 4 nights in July 2020 with our two grown sons. The condo had ample room for 4, a well-stocked kitchen and a beautiful patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a bit out of the way from the village but very close (a 5-minute walk) to Lost Lake. It’s a bit older and we were surprised to find out that it doesn’t have air-conditioning – we missed that when booking. There were a few housekeeping issues that needed to be addressed (an overloaded grease tray in the BBQ and fans coated in dust) but we found the staff at Harmony were very responsive and helpful when we brought these to their attention.

Comfortable condo , good location

Stayed 3 nights in Feb. Excellent communication from the property management company. Unit is conveniently located near the village and slopes. Although a bit dated, the interior is clean, kitchen well appointed, beds comfortable. The bunk bed in the second room may be a little difficult for 2 adults to get in and out of. Garage parking is great . Take advantage of the free ski equipment offer from the management company. Delivered to your door.

Great stay at Whistler

Located a short (free) bus ride away from the slopes, this location is nice and quiet with tons of space. We found everything we needed (except spices, we forgot to bring our own cooking spices). Heated bathroom floors, modern TV with casting, and great space for board games.

Decent condo on the shuttle route

This condo is clean and fairly spacious for its type. The living room is quite a bit larger than the average condo, for example. It was a quick shuttle ride to the ski hill and there's the option to ski down a trail across the street, which is a fun alternative to the shuttle. This unit is a bit loud and not for the light sleeper. It is close to the loading area and we were awakened each night by loud talkers unloading things late at night. Other than that, it's a good spot and a decent price.

I used this as my base for a business trip. It was nice but it was not fantastic. There were a few maintenance things that could have been taken care of beforehand; missing towel rack and run on toilet. The check-out times are terrible. 10 am and, after a number of requests, this was extended to 11am. Not good as my business meetings started at 7:30am and ended at 11am so I had to spend my last morning waking up really early, putting the trash out, putting towels in the tub, resetting thermostats, cleaning out the fridge, turning lights off and running the dishwasher so as to accommodate busy cleaners. I will consider going back to a hotel stay that does not expect pre-cleaning and offers reasonable check-out times.

Fantastic, Comfortable Condo With Easy Access Around Town

This place was perfect for us. We had four adults (a married couple and two single guys in their 30s). The married couple took the master with a queen bed and their own bathroom, and the single guys shared the bunk room. There's also a trundle bed under the bunk bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, so if you have a large family, you'll still have enough room. It's an end unit so it's very quiet. Nice layout with an ample-sized living room and a nice smart TV. The kitchen had all utensils we needed, fairly new appliances and is very clean. Parking was a breeze (assigned spot in the garage and the steps from the garage come out near the door of this unit), although we barely used the car. The free shuttle picks up and drops off nearby, runs very frequently, and runs past 1 AM. There are grocery stores in the village or on other free bus routes, so you really don't need a car if you're staying here. The neighbors were really helpful. We ran into a guy who lives there four days a week and he told us how to ski back to the place. Take the Home Run ski run off of Lower Cruiser and follow signs to Snowgoose. It drops you off across the street from the condo building! We would take the bus in the morning and get off at the Coast and ski down to the chair. It was a really short ride if you do it that way, and more convenient than riding the buss all the way to the Blackcomb base. Hot tubbing at the end of the day is really nice, but we would wear boots down there (it's at the bottom of the driveway) as the walk can be a little slushy, and it can get crowded in the hot tub at certain times. The management company was great to work with. It was a really fantastic place to stay. My sister-in-law already wants to book it again for our next trip to Whistler!

The house is great. Nice layout and good location away from the crowd but not too far. the problems I had were with the VRBO process. That drove me nuts and then they found a stain, that I did not recall seeing in the hall. I am done.
