Located between Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands, this quiet home is ready for your relaxing vacation. Golf courses, Petoskey State Park, and many beaches are just a short trip away. Home is at the front entrance to Nub's Nob and is perfect for a ski weekend. Centrally located between Petoskey and Mackinaw City. Fine dining close by and activities abound.

My home features vaulted ceilings, hard wood floors in the common areas upstairs, and four bedrooms. There are two living rooms for people to gather in. Both feature flat screen TVs and wireless Internet is available anywhere in the house. The outside has a large deck with seating, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill for you to enjoy. The yard has many trees and is a nice, peaceful area.

Great spacious house with everything you need

We had a group for Zoo-de-Mac bike trip and this place was perfect. Loved having three bathrooms and the open layout, we will be back.

Clean but questionable!

When we arrived at the house it looked very nice and the inside was very clean and nicely decorated with a beautiful kitchen and the bedrooms were nice to. He had a list of rules for the house and one was( Please don’t eat or drink on the couch as it costs $4000!!) I would like to know when that was? It looked like something that was found on the side of the road. All the cushions were broke down and the Springs and supports were history. If you weren’t careful the section you were sitting on would tip over as you sat down. The couch is completely covered in filthy stains that were so bad the entire weekend we were there nobody sat on the couch. We used the floor or dining table! I think that if I had a black light that the couch would have glowed like a CSI crime scene. There are reviews from 2 yrs ago saying how nasty the couch was yet it’s still there! The list says the home is full stocked with everything we need including trash bags but there were none and we had to buy some as well as toilet paper. There were 2 rolls in the entire house for 10 people for 3 days ! Lots of coffee mugs but no cups. We wanted to make blueberry pancakes one morning but no skillet only a 6in frying pan. There is a 22in Presto Counter top griddle but no peered cord to plug it in and use it! The king size bed is nice if you want to sleep in the middle of it but if you want to sleep out towards the sides you will roll off as the mattress has seen better days. The house is nice and could be amazing if the above mentioned items were taken care of but if they haven’t been addressed don’t stay here. Plus I reached out to the owner when we got there Friday night and have yet to hear from him.

Low Key Near the Hill

Tim is great to rent from, the location and price can’t be beat. Kitchen isn’t exactly stocked with utensils and cups, but the property is always clean and has plenty of space for a group of 6-8.

July vacation

Great place to rent with a ton of accommodations. Lots of space. There is air conditioning- not listed on amenities, and you need a propane tank for the fireplace, not listed either. But otherwise, great place! Would definitely rent again!

Great Harbor Springs getaway

The house was super clean and big enough for two families. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was they needed light bulbs in the lamps.

Two Families Celebrating Our H.S. Graduates

The house offered the perfect space for 2 families of 4 taking our daughters on a Senior Trip. It was conveniently located to a variety of sights, activities, food, and shopping. We wish the firepit worked for the cool nights on the deck, but we still enjoyed the outdoor space. Kitchen utensils were limited for the meals we cooked, but the open-concept kitchen/living/dining was nice for us all to be together for dining, movies, and games. The owner was quick to respond and help out when we had questions. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for our family and what we wanted to do

This property perfectly suited our needs and wants for our family vacation. Close to beautiful golf courses. Close to Petoskey and Harbor Springs but away from the busyness of town. Plenty of room inside the house for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Tim quickly responded to any questions or needs that we had. Overall a great experience.

Great location and spacious home!

We had a great overnight stay at this home. Renter was very good about returning messages and responsive when extra blankets were needed. The unit was also very clean. We did use most of the space and the only glitch was a bed with only a comforter and no sheet and the coffee pot didn’t work. Lol. This is the only reason it was a 4 star instead of 5. Great experience over all!

The Weekend Golf Trip

Friends and I were looking for a location close to multiple golf courses. I stumbled across this location and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. Just down the road from Boyne Highlands. Will definitely consider staying here in the future.
