Ventana a las Olas: Luxury 4br villa right at Colorados Surf Break! Sleeps 8.

‘Ventana a Las Olas’ literally translates to ‘Window to the Waves’. It occupies a prime position at the Colorados surf break (see map below). The open plan living room has 30 foot wide sliding glass doors that face straight out to main peak of the Colorados surf break. Ample shaded outdoor living areas and extensive manicured grass lawn surrounds the swimming pool.

Sleeping capacity is 8 in four bedrooms. All bedrooms have private bathroom and AC.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
Three bedrooms are in the main house and the fourth is in standalone studio. The master bedroom is upstairs and affords Pacific ocean & surf break views from its own private balcony. Bedrooms two and three are downstairs, each have a pair of XL twin beds or a king bed according to guest requirements.

All bedrooms have private bathroom and AC.

Ventana a las Olas benefits from all modern conveniences including fast WiFi, automatic generator, living room AC and daily maid service. Our dedicated concierge is available 24/7 to assist with planning shuttles, trips, reservations, activities and anything else that crops up. Magical place and staff. Time will slow down to a crawl which is what I wanted.

The entire staff was perfect. James was always able to communicate with whatever I had questions on. The staff on site was friendly and the food was very tasty. We will be back for sure.

Amazing house right in the break!

Great house, newly built, clean with a great big open family room /kitchen. Great covered patio and pool looking out onto Colorados. Friendly service via Nicaragua360 to arrange anything you need. Highly recommend this house!

Absolute paradise

This was our second time staying at this amazing house. It’s perfect for surfers and non-surfers because you don’t even have to leave the house and you can watch the water. David and Norman are the absolute best and respond immediately whenever you need anything. We cannot recommend this enough for a perfect family vacation.

Amazing!!!

The house was very clean and I the most prime spot for surfing. Martha and the rest of the crew were awesome and cooked really good food the entire time and kept the place really clean. We will be back!

Amazing location and staff

We stayed for a week with our two little boys who had a blast in the pool everyday. Our friends surfed right out front and we could watch them from the pool or the ample seating on the patio. The night watchman and the housekeeper were incredibly friendly and diligent and helped clean up after my little boys every single day, which truly gave me a vacation. The house manager was on it immediately when we needed anything and checking in and out was the easiest process. Would stay here again in a heartbeat:)

The perfect vacation with Sun, Surf and Relaxation

My family was beyond happy with our stay at Ventanas. The waves were perfect the entire time (and about 10 steps away from the house) and my wife and I could sit by the pool and watch our kids surf right in front of the house. This is a fantastic home with all the necessities. I'd highly recommend going with the food and cooking package as it makes your stay about as simple and perfect as it can be. The house is beautiful - we were a big fan of the giant glass doors and opened up completely to create a perfect indoor/outdoor living experience. I would highly recommend this house and the Nicaragua365 team is top notch in their service and attention to detail. We will return, no question about it.

Awesome beach house right on Playa Colorado

You can't beat this place. Perfect location, well designed, neat and clean. The N365 team provided incredible service. Gisella is an amazing cook and took care of everything for us. She even did laundry for us without even being asked. Would rent again.

Amazing Property

When the waves are perfect for 4 days, it is easy to overlook what it takes behind the scenes to make a vacation really special. The crew at Nicaragua 365 did a fantastic job getting all of our arrival and departure logistics taken care of even when everything changed at the last minute. The full time chef, Gisela, and her daughter cooked some of the best food I have ever had and might have been the highlight of the trip. This house could not be in a better location and has one of the best views you can imagine. Everything about this listing and the support team that comes with it is better than advertised. They make sure that every detail in your trip is taken care of, and come highly recommended.

The White House

Just the best location, i have been here twice and the will definitely be back next year. the staff are just amazing, and make sure everything you need. all you need to worry about is surfing perfect waves all day and then eat like a king. Nothing better then surfing all day and enjoying beers on the back lawn watching perfect waves in the evening.

Perfect house in just the most epic spot for a family-beach-surfing vacation. Thanx to the whole team (managers and service). Everything was there when needed. I would suggest to put some more seats and and general furniture (lying chairs for sun bathing) in the exteriors next to the pool and in the terrace area. Adios. Nos vamos felices.

Beachfront perfection

Couldn't think of a better location, right on the beach, waves everywhere, the house was open plan, modern, functional and so relaxing with plenty of space and everything you could possibly need. All the staff are great, friendly & helpful. Cant wait to come back. A great property & very well managed.....

Ventanas a Las Olas

This was a truly magical location. There are few places where you can walk out the sliding doors of the house, across the lawn and step down on to a three kilometer beach with two first class surf breaks. Spend the day surfing or playing at the shore, go for long walks as the sun sets and generally unwind. Juan was very patient with his surf lessons. The house was marvelous – spacious, clean, bright and very comfortable. Thanks to Gisella for providing wonderful meals, and cooking up the Red Snappers that we caught early in the morning off shore! There was lots to do, from great excursions to Granada and the volcanoes in the middle of Lake Nicaragua, or riding on the beach, all organized by Iain. The whole family had such a great time!

When we walked into the house, unanimously, the first words out of our mouths were "Wow". The beach was pristine, the house was exactly as it was in the pictures and the staff was so friendly and organized. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend some quality family time. thank you to David, Iain, Andrea, Thomas and Gisella for all their efforts. We would go back in a heartbeat!
