The Hillway House is the perfect solution when traveling with family, in a group, or on your own with your pet. Whether it's a one-night trip or an extended stay, it's modern interior, electric fireplaces, and small conservatory with a view of the pond will make you feel right at home. Situated on 5 acres The Hillway House has a beautiful open-concept kitchen and living space for all to enjoy. Relax and grill on the communal pavilion or cozy up and watch a movie on the 55" television. Situated just 3 miles from downtown Athens and 19 miles from downtown Huntsville, it is the perfect location for enjoying what the city has to offer while still having a peaceful retreat! Don't forget to visit the wineries and goat cheese tasting rooms located in the nearby towns!

Perfect stay

Super Host Brooke was great, we stayed overnight on way to Florida. Arrived late, lights left on for us and had very easy checkin. House had everything we needed, well stocked and very clean. Had the pleasure of meeting Brooke and her daughters the next morning while exploring the spacious grounds, will diffinatly book next year! Thank you Brooke for a great stay.

Southern Hospitality

We are retired and stay here 2 times a year on our way to Florida with our fur babies. This trip we had been traveling all day and were tired but didn't pay attention to the weather. Brooke contacted me and let me know there was dangerous storms in the area and asked us to come to her home which is right across the lawn, to stay safe !! There was damage all around us from the storm but Brooke made sure we were safe ! The next day we were exhausted so we stayed another day before continue on our journey. What Brooke and her family did for us was so generous. Brooke and her family are not just owners but they care about making sure their guests in their house are comfortable and safe . I love this place and wouldn't stay anywhere else ! I vote for this place and Brooke for Owner of the Year !

Perfect

We stayed here on our way to Florida. Perfect location and very easy off/on the freeway. Safe area and had everything we needed. Trip to Bucees was a bonus since it was very close. Would definitely stay here again!

We love to meet new people and look forward to meeting you and your family!

This property has been in our family just over 30 years!
First we gutted and remodeled the house at the front of our property to be a relaxing modern stay for guests with all the amenities. The conservatory is by far my favorite reading spot. We want our guests to feel at home in a clean, cozy environment.
Now , we are in the slow process of landscaping this property to be as magical on the outside as it is on the inside!
