Next time you find yourself in Lincoln City, this charming studio condo is the way to go. It may be cozy, but with nearby beach access, and dog-friendly accommodations for up to four guests, this one is hard to beat.

As part of the Sandstone Point property, the beach is about a two-block walk and down a flight of stairs, and a common area with picnic tables and a lawn is great for your dog to run around. A bunch of shops and restaurants are within easy driving distance.

The recently refurbished condo has a cozy studio layout with all the essentials. Sleep soundly on the queen-size bed or the futon, and freshen up in the full private bathroom. Whip up quick snacks and reheat leftovers with a microwave and mini-fridge. A coffeemaker ensures mornings start smoothly, and you can get some fresh air on the small balcony.

Evenings may be best spent cuddling by the gas fire and watching a movie on the flatscreen cable TV. WiFi is available for browsing and uploading photos. In total, this condo will accommodate four guests and your dogs (please note a small, nightly pet fee).

With only three stairs leading to the front door of this first-level condo, it may be a great choice for anyone with limited mobility.

Perfect for my dogs

It was a really nice experience. The room was very clean and had exactly what we needed to be comfortable. I really liked it was ground level and I didn’t have to deal with stairs and my dogs waking everyone up in the middle of the night.

Super clean perfect Little condo

The unit was absolutely spotless. Towels were nice sheets are clean. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only thing I can suggest is to switch out that mattress it was not very comfortable and didn’t make for the best nights of sleep other than that we will definitely be back.

Easy and Convenient but dirty

I often stay in these condos and usually my experience is great, but this time I was disappointed. The mini fridge froze everything, the microwave did not work, the toilet barely flushed, and the only lamp flickered constantly because of a broken switch. The walls were dirty. The curtains that covered the sliding glass door were sheer and not wide enough for the door so they offered no privacy and did not keep the sun out. Additionally, our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We did not spend a lot of time in our room so it didn't ruin our trip, but it was certainly disappointing.

Depends on why you’re in Lincoln City

These are in the south end of town, easy to get to. First come, first serve parking but we didn’t have any issues. So I am not going to tell you this is a high-end hotel room, it’s basically a bathroom and one room with a bed, tv, electric fireplace and little couch. Does it need some work? Well, yeah. Is the tv in high definition? No. Did it sound like people were staying above you? For sure. Did I see the manager and she not speak to me as we were leaving? That’s true. BUT, we weren’t staying in Lincoln City to stay in a hotel room, we stayed to go to the beach, hike, eat and shop. None of which took place in this condo/room. So, I will tell you the shower has fantastic water pressure, tons of hot water, it definitely was clean when we got there and even got in earlier than expected. This is a great place for a room to sleep in, not a great place if you plan on staying in the room all weekend and not leaving.

Won't stay at this property again

The room was mostly clean, and the location is ok. We had a couple towels that were dirty. The path to the beach is down several staircases and two steep streets. When we got to the room, it hardly looked like the photos. The black and white chair, the night stand with lamp, and the bedspread were absent. The bed was absolutely awful. The sliding door doesn't lock, had to use the bar lock to do so, thank goodness that was still there. There was no screen in the window. The curtains are definitely not big enough for the window, and they are so sheer they offer no privacy. The walls are thin, can hear everything around you. There was damage to the walls in the bathroom and the main studio area. Fireplace wasn't working, which wasn't the biggest deal, but still super annoying. Very run down and poorly kept. Definitely spent as little time as we could in here, will not be staying at this location again.

STAY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!

Firstly, I saw the reviews…. I knew this place was going to be run down and not have any amenities. I was totally ok with that. But when I got there the unit clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was human hair, dog hair, and sand everywhere. Not a big deal I cleaned it all and moved on. The next morning the microwave caught fire and started arching while we used it. I have a special needs toddler who is very picky, so I needed a microwave to feed him. I called Vacasa, who actually manages this place, and they gave me the run around. I spent 5 hours that day trying to get a new microwave for the room on the phone with them. The next morning they finally came and replaced the microwave. The next morning sewage started backing up in the toilet, sink and shower. It was the entire building, not just our unit. I called Vacasa, and VRBO to try and get a remedy. Spent another 4 hours on the phone trying to get them to give me at least a partial refund and find us a new place to stay for our last night. Literally everyone I talked to, managers included, were rude and dismissive and refused to help me. They promised they’d update me, but never did. Finally I was able to track down on site maintenance and they let us know that they couldn’t fix the issue and we’d be called by Vacasa because they’d find us a replacement place to stay. Well surprise surprise they didn’t. They did give us a refund, but I had to drive over 12 hours home. There’s so much more but I’ve reached the character lim

Trashy room, terrible service, do not recommend!

Definitely not worth the price! Pros: fireplace and good (hot) water pressure. Cons: everything else. The room was was clean, but very small and terrible. The bed was a very old spring mattress that creaked whenever I moved, and had me waking up sore and unrested. Walls were full of scuff marks, chipping paint, terrible patch jobs and even a hand print. The bathroom had writing (or mold, I couldn't exactly tell) behind the door. There was no towel rack- just a couple brackets where one had been. Fixtures were rusty. The light in the bathroom was missing the cover-- so it was just a hole in the ceiling with a lot of dust. There was no grout between the tiles or around the tub. I could go on, but I'll leave it at that... The office was not open during my stay, so there was no one to speak to about the issues-- I tried calling the local number, but was rerouted to a call center for all Vacasa properties- they told me to call the local number (which is what I had just done) and they couldn't do anything about switching rooms but they said they would "forward the information" to the property management. Never got a call back. People were smoking on decks, so a lot of cigarette smoke wafting into the room. There was no view. There were no curtains-- just a sheer curtain cover, so no privacy and couldn't do much about sunlight. The people above us were not loud but there was no sound proofing, so I could hear every step, hear them talking, and hear them having sex. The guy later got drunk and was yelling bigoted slurs because there was loud construction next door. We walked into a literal police chase with a k9 unit right outside our door. And their refund policy is a total joke... You have to give 30 days notice to get a refund! I booked the room 4 days in advance, so already ineligible for that, but I didn't know. Then I had a personal situation come up and I tried to cancel-- more than two days in advance. I booked on Orbitz, but had to create accounts with Vrbo and Vacasa to try and "follow up with the hosts" but only got a form email back saying they wouldn't give me a refund. So, I rearranged everything to make it, since I would have to pay either way, only to find a crappy room for a very high price. And saying it has "nearby beach access" is a bit of a stretch. Everything in Lincoln city has "nearby" access, but every place I've stayed in was closer and much, much nicer than this place was. I recommend the motel 6-- nicer, also accepts dogs, closer to the beach, and has staff on the property. Almost certainly cheaper as well.

Not bad

I know the rating is low, but we had 0 problem with this place. Queit, clean, and close to everything. Perfect place for 2-3 people. Would definitely recommend

Disappointing!

We stayed here about 6 years ago and it was clean, this experience was awful! Garbage left in the fridge, dirty sheets crumbled in a ball in the corner, a dusty bathroom vent fan with no cover... the beds were awful, like the worst beds ever! Very disappointing for a Vacasa property! The pictures are also not accurate, the lovely tables on the large deck overlooking the Ocean are gone! Instead it's a empty deck with no where to relax! We rented 2 units with plans to eat here as a family! Instead we ended up having to leave to eat as a family! We won't be back and will keep to what we know and Love in Lincoln City 😞

Great Trip

Other than discovering dirty sheets the first night. I ended up using my own blankets and pillow. Was taken care of right away. Room was limited view of ocean. Sink wouldn't drain. All fixable situations. Met some great people on site. Thanks so much!

Weekend stay

Perfect for just me, I cannot imagine having four people in the room. The walls Are paper thin. I could hear neighbors conversations as if they were in my room. Sliding back door doesn’t lock, found the bar the comes down. Reached out to Vacasa, never received a response. Neighbors left dogs alone that barked for hours. I didn’t bother calling management since I had received no response about the door.

Comfortable.

I really loved the gas fireplace. The room was clean, nice, and stocked well with towels and toiletries. I also liked that the room provided paper towels along with dishtowels. This room had a home away from home feeling to it. Everything worked well. I had a good stay.

Pet friendly

Not as pet friendly as we had hoped. Little deck with sliding door but the entire patio is fenced in so could not reach grass had to go down hall and driveway to get to pet area. Floor was very slick for pets. Room was clean with decent bathroom and shower, nice fireplace that kept room warm. Check in/out was very easy. Worth the price

I was not told that the fireplace did not work and they needed parts for it before I got to my room which was half the reason I booked the room was because it had a fireplace so I was very disappointed I was promised of 50 dollais a $50 refund 25 per night and it's been a week and I haven't received it

Not terrible

The room was clean but way smaller than it looks in the pictures. There also isn't a view of the ocean due to the overgrown trees. Back door does not lock at all! The fireplace was not working when we got there. We spent 2 days and 1 night without it before maintenance came to fix it. There aren't many outlets in the room either so be prepared to move things around. Aside from that, everyone was very friendly and helpful.
