Welcome to Waters Edge #212, your second-floor, waterfront condo retreat in Lincoln City! This one-bedroom, one-and-a-quarter-bath home offers amazing views of the Siletz Bay and the Oregon coast, creating a perfect backdrop for your beach vacation.

From the comfort of your living room, you can watch sea lions and seagulls play in the water. During the colder months, cozy up by the indoor fireplace for some dramatic winter storm watching. When the sun is out, the beach is ready for you to explore and enjoy.

This condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire condo, Waters Edge #212.

An elevator is available at the complex for your convenience. You have direct beach access right behind the building, putting you on the beautiful, sandy bayfront. A short walk to the west will lead you directly to the expansive ocean side.

Beautiful view! Cute shops and eateries within walking distance. Easy check in and out! Slow Internet, but everything else was perfect :)

Great view and location. Furniture and decor was dated but we didn’t stay in the room much so it did not bother us at all.

The rooms were very good for two people. We don't typically spend much time at the motel, but we were there 4 nights and while it met our needs, there were a couple of frustrations. (1) WiFi was awful, including slow connection on our phones, Internet and TV connections. (2) The mirror bedroom closet doors came off track immediately, so we took the off upon arrival and returned them before leaving. (3) Lots of bird poop on the deck. (4) We almost ran out of TP and other than the rolls left in the bathroom, there was nothing else onsite. In general, everything was acceptable. It would have been nice to have someone onsite to answer questions.

I tried to communicate some concerns and got a generic, thanks for letting us know. The shattered tile by the refrigerator is dangerous and the condition of the furniture is terrible. The pull out bed sofa is so dilapidated to point of swallowing you when you sit down and the other couch is broken down and covered with some food on it. The back deck is covered in bird poop and the chairs are super cheap and dirty. The carpet has a huge stain in the bedroom and it torn and thread bare in multiple spots. The Internet was so slow we couldn't watch anything so we bought some dvds from the thrift shop, but the dvd player was not hooked up and the components to do so were non existent. I felt like we should be refunded even just a little, but were pretty much blown off. I offered to hold off on my review for them to make it right, but was denied.

Location was outstanding! Access to the beach…close to restaurants, great view. Nice balcony area. Easy check in/checkout.HOWEVER…This unit was more than just dated. It’s not in good repair and lacks adequate attention to basics. Broken tiles. Toilet that doesn’t work. Dirty balcony. Stains. WiFi so slow it was not usable (pay for decent speed, owners!!!) Small things like chipped dishes, only 2 wine glasses, only 3 pillows when unit sleeps 4, only 2 hand towels, ancient tiny coffee maker (that was also dirty inside…yuck). And the “amenities” basket “everything you need to get started” was ridiculous. It was literally a roll of paper towels, a sponge, and dish soap. Other places provide a sample of coffee from local roasters, nice touches like that. The balcony has cheap pvc chairs and table…not a big deal but they were stained, moldy, and bird pooped. Use some bleach! Or replace with decent furniture that can be pressure washed!The location and view were so good that we did stay both nights. Would not rent this unit again as this place felt like a bare minimum money grab-no TLC from the owners.

Overall was good. Need to have a box or two of tissues in the condo. Liquid soap for bathroom or a soap dish to hold the bar of soap. In the pre-checkin email, specify the guest lock box is the top one if there are two code boxes showing. Make it more obvious which is the guest one. The hide a bed mattress is so worn out, very uncomfortable. Maybe just have an air mattress available.

Two nights of listening to the ocean.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was good. One of my favorite coastal eateries, Mo's is almost next door. The unit was very clean. There were some carpet stains and wear on one couch. One of my concerns is always the adequacy of the kitchen. Not enough dinnerware for a huge party but certainly worked for the two of us. Although it was no more than 67 outside the room seemed very warm. I loved all the towels that were provided. The room rate itself was fair but the additional cleaning fee and booking fee was an unwelcome bonus. I would rent again if I could negotiate those away.

Hello Diana, Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Waters Edge 212. We are sorry to hear about the stains and some wear on the couch. This is common in rentals. This unit has since had a deep cleaning. As far as the temperature goes, the unit is on the second floor, and heat rises. It's warmest on the top floors of this condo. The cleaning fee and reservation fee are unfortunately not negotiable. The cleaning fee covers the cost of paying housekeepers to clean the unit for instance. Disappointed at Water's Edge 212

Reviewer Comments: Waters Edge 212 - The place was immaculate, but the following are reasons why we will never reserve this room again: 1.VERY uncomfortable king mattress (like cardboard) and hard pillows 2. No DVD Player, Stereo unit, or games. 3. Kitchen was ill stocked - only one wine glass, 4 plates, 1 soup bowl, few pots and pans, and no foil or saran wrap. 4. There were two mismatched couches and one chair, but only one tiny pillow, more would have been more comfortable. 5. Toilet paper was the highly coarse/rough. 6. Bedroom was very, very dark. 7. We've stayed at Water's Edge for many years, but this unit is one we will NEVER reserve again. I'd guess the owners don't live in USA or every stay here.

Homey and Comfortable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Waters Edge several times, usually in another unit. We enjoy the location, watching the bay come and go. Since there isn't a pool or other features that attract kids, it's a quiet property for adults. Each time we visit, we are disappointed that there are only 2 hand towels, although several other sizes. We have called about this, just "policy". It's silly that we aren't provided a clean towel for our faces. This was only a weekend, but during longer visits, we have been disappointed in the manager's lack of customer friendliness.

Getaway to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for waterfront location that we could cook our own meals if we chose. It met our desires. Straight out from the deck is the bay with rock formations that would be photographed by many each day. To the right is where the bay meets the Pacific. Walk down around the building to access the beach! We made several meals but also enjoyed being able to walk to a few good eats close by. Glass art studios are close by and we took advantage. The bed is firm to extra firm, so be aware. Do you get cold? Bring a blanket, there were no extra blankets in the room.

Great beach rental

Reviewer Comments: Waters Edge 212 was in an excellent location. We were able to walk right down to the beach. And it was a hip, skip and a jump to Mo's! The condo was clean and in good condition. The bed and the pull out couch were not very comfortable, and there were no extra blankets for when it got cool in the evening. It would hace been nice for sitting out on the patio. Those were the only complaints though. We had a nice stay.
