Walk across the building's private bridge and take your dog on a stroll along the beach, or relax on the balcony for an incredible view of Proposal Rock. This comfortable second-floor studio has a queen-size murphy bed and a queen-size futon, along with cable TV, a DVD player, and a huge library of DVDs for your viewing pleasure.

What's nearby:
Located at the south end of Neskowin Village, this condo is a brief walk to two restaurants, a store, and an ice cream stand. A short drive to the north side of the village will take you to Neskowin Beach Golf Course, where you can get in either nine or 18 holes. Pacific City and Cape Kiwanda are a 15-minute drive to the north, and Lincoln City is a 15-minute drive to the south.

*Dear guest, please note that the footbridge for beach access is seasonal. During the winter months, the tides are too extreme and dangerous.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

King size bed had to be put together????window blinds would not closeslept on futon-very comfortableoverall our weekend was great but would not rent this paticular property again. biggest problem for us was the stairs had a bad fall on the frst landing banisters at top of stairs not safe for us old people we will use the rental agency again

Dirty/no hot water/beautiful view

The door does not fit in the hole and sticks in the lower left side corner, that getting in and out is quite difficult. It was also dirty. The floor was dirty. There were cobwebs hanging off of stuff and dead spiders in the corners and on the second morning all of our neighbors, including ourselves, had zero hot water and could not take showers. If it was clean, and there was hot water. It would’ve been the perfect place. The view is absolutely gorgeous.

Would stay here again!

Can't beat the location or the view. Sitting on the deck in both the mornings and the evenings was delightful. The room is small, when both beds are open, it takes up the whole space but you can hear the waves from the room. The one store in town is spendy so I suggest planning ahead and taking advantage of the refrigerator, microwave and oven. There is no dishwasher, however.

Small Studio with great view.

The apartment is best sized for one or two people. Loved the view of Proposal Rock and the beach.

Great place to stay

We loved the location and especially the view from our room and hearing the ocean. It was a very family friendly, quiet area. It was a great setup with comfortable accommodations and we enjoyed having a full kitchen to cook our meals. We would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. We loved the view, how easily accessible the beach was, and having a kitchen to prep meals. We also loved that it was a very family friendly place, quiet and safe. We would stay here again.

Romantic Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The location is amazing and super close to both a restaurant and provisions store. The beach and view are breathtaking. There were some issues though. When we arrived there was sand and dog hair all over the floor. We had clean linens but I’m not sure if anything else was clean. We keep smelling a strong odor of old dog urine so I think maybe a dog peed under the bed. The blankets are the owners and I don’t think they have been washed in quite some time. We had to use sheets to cover the furniture so we were comfortable sitting on the chair and sofa. This place would be 100% perfect if they deep cleaned it every few month as did more than just a touch up between guests. When you allow up to 4 dogs in the unit there needs to be a better cleaning process as it can get really grimy. We don’t own dogs at this time so it was off putting to have dog hair and smells of urine in the space.

The was the most quaint, and adorable place to spend a quiet, calm, and relaxing beach getaway! The resort was small and not noisy at all! There was a super cute little market 3 min walk away ti get everything we needed including coffee and a pastry in the morning! I adored this place. The mattress was huge and super comfortable to sleep on. Space was small but plenty! There is a balcony that reaches over an estuary and has a stunning view of the ocean. It was a dream to wake up to the sounds of the waves!! Thank you so much, will definitely be returning! :))

Amazing View!!

This was a perfect little stop for us. This place isn’t super fancy but cozy and the view from the window seat was amazing! Loved watching the birds and people and weddings. The only thing we had an issue was with the cable not working and there wasn’t enough pillow cases for the amount of pillows. We called to report it and no one came to fix it or bring us more cases.

Great View and Value

Great view of Proposal Rock. Very small studio so even the two of us and our dog it was tight. Overall very clean, however, the clean towels smelled a little like cigarette smoke. Small (double bed?) hide-a-bed was comfortable. No linens for futon.

Filthy and bad customer service

When I walked into the unit, it had obviously not been cleaned. There was sand on the bed and couch, dirt and animal hair on the floor, pieces of what appeared to be chewed up dog bone on the couch and floor. I called for assistance and opted for the partial refund (we would of had to leave the room if we wanted them to send someone to come clean it and I had already started cleaning it myself). I thought the cleaning fee would have been refunded but instead they gave me 10% back which came to $65. I was disappointed with this but they would not increase the amount. The next day we went to the beach and the “beach access” had a locked gate. I had to call again for assistance and they told me that there would be instructions inside the unit. I asked where in the unit as we didn’t see anything and they didn’t know. They said they would notify the local manager and they would call me back. I never got a call back. We had to walk a round the entire building to find another entrance to the beach. I had this trip planned for months and was very excited about it. Unfortunately I was left disappointed about this stay.

Cute little getaway

This place is super cute and has the best views anyone could ask for! It worked really well for us on a minimalist vacation. Though it could use a little upkeep. We highly recommend bringing your own towels, blankets and pillows. Most of the towels were stained, or maybe dirty. It was hard to tell on a few of them and we didn't see any beach towels. The blankets and pillows were much the same and limited. We did try to call Vacasa and the on-site manager (the numbers were disconnected). Despite the linens we had an amazing time and will probably be back!

Beach stay

Had a great time at Neskowin Resort. The room was very quaint with a wonderful view of the creek and the ocean. We would definitely come back. The reason I didn’t give it a 5 stars is because the handle on the bathtub was broke off.

Check in in was simple and the location was incredible. Cleanliness and up keep were an issue.

The location was amazing overall!!! The cleanliness though as well as the upkeep left something to be desired. The futon was ridiculously uncomfortable and the bathroom door didn't even latch when you shut it. There were cobwebs and animal hair all over when we checked in. I know that the listing said that it slept 4, however, I had 2 kids and my husband and it was less than comfortable.

Vacasa was perfect. Everything was great except very dirty dishes left by previous tenants. Very easy to relax and enjoy because of the view

Beautiful relaxing get away

Perfect place to take time to relax. There was no late check-out. First time i ever not had that at a place. Place equiped with everything only thing need was a wine opener. Other than that we loved it.

Love Nescowin

Great views of beach, tides, and sunsets! Easy beach access and great to let dogs run free when not crowded. Access to coastline roads and great birding. Property was very clean!! And well equipped. We cooked almost all of our meals there. Murphy Bed tricky at first but then easy and quick. Comfortable too!! Firm yet sift. Perfect Loved it all!

Lovely space

This was a nice little home away from home with everything you need! The refrigerator is small so if you plan on cooking your meals maybe have a cooler… the hideaway bed is tricky but once you figure it out super easy! Good communication from Vacasa throughout the stay! And the view was spectacular and being right on the beach was very nice!

Great little spot!

Great location, wonderful view, the room had everything one would need. The bridge was taken down for easy access to the beach, but not too far of walk. Check out was 10am, which seemed early.

Neskowin is heaven!

We have visited Neskowin beach several times before and this was just as glorious. The space is small, and while more can stay there (we were a party of three and were quite happy!), but it is best suited for two. I slept well on the Murphy bed and it was nice to be able to make our own meals rather than rely on expensive take-out. Lovely!
