HISTORIC LYNX HAVEN RANCH is an incredible Guadalupe Riverfront Home with 400 Acres to bike, hike and explore! The river is a beautiful clear crystal blue equipped with two kayaks! Enjoy the two fireplaces and look out to the gorgeous scenery of the Guadalupe River. If you are looking for peace, serenity, privacy, family or friends gathering this is your place! The main home is a 2/2, there is also a room attached to the carport seperate from the home with one double bed and two twin beds. The main home entails a Full Kitchen, Dining for 14 by the fireplace, A living area with a fireplace as well, each bedroom has a full bed and two bunk beds. Bathroom 1 has a shower tub combo, one sink vanity and one toilet. Bathroom two has a standing shower, double vanity and one toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Outside is perfect for relaxing, swing on the outdoor bed and gaze at the mesmerizing Riverfront, enjoy the fire pit, BBQ and enjoy!

River Trip Getaway

The property is amazing. Beautiful stretch if the river with deep clear cold water. Beautiful views. House is a little rustic but who cares. Cold AC, hot shower and roof over your head what more do you need! My family and I are already talking about renting the place again next year. Thanks for having us! Scott T.

Peaceful!

Kayaks, a grill and smoker. Beautiful scenery. Mattresses on the larger beds were not comfy, but all the other mattresses were! Very responsive property manager too. We fished and relaxed. My 2 yo had a great play set to swing on. We loved it!

Wonderful historical home and property

Enjoyed our second stay at this property. Such a beautiful piece of land and perfect location. The house is a lovely old home on pier and beam. However, the floor so desperately needs to be leveled. Our favorite spot of course is out on the front porch watching our kids/grandkids swimming and fishing.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We had a group for a very low-key bachelor party to swim and cook. The place was perfect! There is a great kitchen with a provided grill and smoker, plenty of beds, and essentially your own private Barton Springs out front. Couldn't ask for more.

Great Place

Awesome swimming location- crystal clear private ranch. Not a soul around very private. Caught lots of fish and a blast kayaking!

Tranquility on the Guadalupe

Quiet and peaceful place to relax, recharge and play. The private river access and dam are awesome! Plenty of wildlife. Great star gazing at night. Lodge had everything needed. Would definitely stay again.

Hill Country Oasis

Remarkable home in the Hill Country. On the South Fork of the Guadalupe. Dam on the property creates an incredibly beautiful spot for swimming (or fishing or kayaking. Although the length of the river at this point is huge for swimming you kayak from one end to the other very quickly). The river is spring fed so the water is deep, clear, and cool. House is comfortable with two large bed rooms. It would be perfect for two families to share. Fire pit in the front by the river and one the patio in the back. The kitchen is well equipped (but typically of most rentals with a huge array of odds and ends of cooking equipment. But we found everything we needed). Wifi with decent speed (but you should really abandon the internet and enjoy the outdoors). The ranch has vast acreage to explore. We didn't begin to make a dent in it. Amazing bird watching. We can't wait to go again.

Secluded Relaxation

This place is beautiful and secluded. Our family had a wonderful time swimming, hiking, and relaxing. Great cabin with plenty of space. You will not regret it.

Short family getaway

Our family enjoyed this private riverfront location. The house was well equiped with the feel of a mountain hunting lodge, and the hiking was very scenic. We will look forward to returning again.

Fantastic outdoor setting for family

Great waterfront home for outdoor fun. Amazing views of scenic cliffs and south fork Guadalupe River. Crystal clear water even after major rainstorm. Great fishing and kayaking. Had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat.
