Great Northstar Property

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was excellent as expected by the description and the process of checking in, parking, and getting to the unit couldn't be easier. The unit was very well constructed and we were initially concerned about the noise, it being so close to the main square but that turned out to be a non-issue as soon as we closed the doors and windows - virtually sound proof. My only issue was that Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals had not forwarded our info to the Nothstar office where we were instructed to pick up our keys and had I not ahead of time to confirm our arrival, we would have been delayed. Not a fan of the 4pm check-in and 10am check out. I realize that time needs to be allotted between guests to allow for cleaning but they were inflexible about a later check out even though there were no other guests coming after us. We ended up leaving the night before.
