The entire interior of this gorgeous townhouse has just been painted, deep cleaned, and ready for you! It is completely furnished, including a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Hardwood throughout the house; Flat screen TV and ceiling fan in all bedrooms; Cable TV and free WiFi; Large front and rear decks with lounge chairs and tables, community pool, fitness center, and plenty of parking spaces! First floor: Bedroom Queen size bed and full bathroom. Second floor: queen sleep sofa, 1/2 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with 3 bar stools and 6 seating dining area. Third Floor: Master bedroom -King-size bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. 2nd bedroom -(2) singles bed, 3rd bedroom - queen bed. Full bathroom and laundry closet in the hallway. The garage-turned game room includes a foosball, dart board, ping pong table, and seating area with a flat-screen TV.

Convenient & quick access to the inlet and all the downtown & West OC attractions. Walkout to community swimming pool and fitness center, outlet shopping, fishing and restaurants such as Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Starbucks, Hoopers Restaurant (Hoopers also offer water sports including jet ski and boat rental), Sakura, Panera Bread, Dunkin Donuts, Outback Steakhouse, or dine in one of the many nearby restaurants frequented by locals. It's near the infamous Ocean City beach and boardwalk and the relaxing Assateague Island, a dreamy vacation getaway to be shared with families or a group of friends!

**COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES INCLUDE ANTIBACTERIAL SOAP IN THE KITCHEN AND ALL BATHROOMS AND FULL HOUSE DISINFECTION AFTER EACH STAY. WE ARE STILL PROVIDING CLEAN BED SHEETS, PILLOW COVERS, AND TWO ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER, BUT WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR OWN BEDDING! NO TOWELS ARE PROVIDED!!

There is a gas grill on the patio. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank and cleaning up after themselves. Please use with care and caution. DO NOT MOVE THE GRILL FROM THE PATIO.

Quick Stay

The house is beautiful and well kept. The description is 100% accurate. All the bedrooms are very comfortable and our teens really enjoyed the game room. It's located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and you can walk to various stores. Great location!!!

Ocean City townhouse

We enjoyed our stay at this Ocean City townhouse! It was clean, the kitchen was a nice size, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy. We appreciated the washer and dryer, large closets, and the double decks. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a short drive to other locations like the grocery store. Something I would like to have seen is a house binder with organized information, like recommendations for the area and information for the house (expectations before leaving). Otherwise, I highly recommend this townhouse!

Lovely house in great area of Ocean City

Very good location near shopping and restaurants and easy walk (15 mins) to board walk. House was very clean and nicely set up. One of the balconies needed a good cleaning. Beds are very comfortable and bedding, pillows are really good. Slept 6 adults comfortably. A few suggestions, add towels to listing as it’s difficult to bring them when you’re travelling a long distance, enough kitchen utensils to make quick meals but only 1 kitchen towel and no oven mitts. Bathrooms are nice, clean but need hand towels and hand soap. We’ve stayed at beach houses before and appreciate a beach umbrella and some chairs only because they’re hard to bring with us all that way. Owner very responsive. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great Townhouse on the Inlet side

The townhouse was perfect for 6 adults and a toddler. Don't count on using the sleeper sofa; it's in rough shape! I would stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

My family has stayed at this property for three years in a row. We are always pleased with the accommodations! The house is located in a quiet well-kept community which is conveniently positioned in walking distance to various shops and restaurants. The owner is such a pleasure to book with and is great with communication. Before we depart, our family is already planning on the next time we will be back. The house was very clean. My family and I had a great stay!

My family and I had a great stay! The house was spotless! the kids enjoyed the game room. There were many shops and restaurants in walking distance of the property. Alex was very nice and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!!

Clean and comfy home

The home was clean and looked just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable. But the fridge wasn’t as cold as it should of been, we tried adjusting the settings but it still didn’t work well and the pans that were provided looked old and were hard to cook with.

Softball Tournament

Our stay was great. Location of rental is perfect, close to everything. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. We found a new love for ping pong, lol. House is very clean and owner is very accommodating.

Beautiful House, Great Location

We love to go to the beach at Assateague so this house was perfect. Its big and beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need. There's a stoplight so its easy to get on and off 50 despite all the traffic. The kids were able to walk to the Outlets and Starbucks which they loved. You could walk to Hoopers but we prefer Waterman's which is just a short drive as was the Baja amusements and the grocery store. We had perfect beach weather so we didn't have time to do much else. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean but a lot wrong with the property

The location is great. The house is very nice however, the freezer and refrigerator were broken upon arrival, the breaker for the kitchen appliances needs replaced as I told the owner about it and he already knew and every time I wanted to use the microwave or anything in the kitchen I had to go turn the breaker off and on. Also the air conditioner upstairs doesn’t seem to be working it was very hot upstairs and freezing downstairs. Told the owner about all of this and still wasn’t offered any compensation. Made things very inconvenient. Like I said location is great but definitely would look elsewhere.

Perfect Size and Perfect Location

This property was perfect for our stay in Ocean City. Our group included my husband and I, my sister, niece, nephew, and mother. It was a perfect accommodation because all adults had their own rooms with most had their own bathroom attached as well. The property is located very conveniently on 50 and just over the bridge to the main strip. We ended up choosing dinner every night at places right by so we stayed away from the long waits and busyness of the main drag. Highly recommend Pancho and Lefty’s for Mexican, Hoopers/Sneaky Pete’s for some seafood, and even Fin City Brewery for a craft brew. We couldn’t have been happier with all that was close to our accommodation. We didn’t use the game room in the garage but it looked nicely stocked. The kids tried the pool one night but it was closed during the time they went. Speaking of the pool, it is literally across the street from the unit so it made for an easy find. The host doesn’t provide towels but that was no problem because there are outlets and shopping right next door so we picked up a set at Bed Bath and Beyond. Checking in and out was easy and we would definitely stay again at Alex’s place. He was extremely responsive which made for a really comfortable experience.
