Great stay in Maui for two couples. The Maalaea condo is centrally located, just a short drive from the airport, a quick drive to Paia, to join The Road to Hana, a good starting point to explore the south beaches of Maui (including Wailea and Turtle Landing and the lava fields at Ahihi Keha'u Nature Preserve), and to the west and north shores (Lahaina, Kaanapali, all the way to the Nakalele Blowhole). This part of Maui is called the 'windy area', as the trade winds funnel down the central valley. Sea la Vie is beautifully decorated, very colorful, with fun artwork. The lanai is lovely, and I spent each morning with coffee and the sunrise. Katie was quick to respond to any questions.We had pizza to go from Break Point at the harbor in Maalaea and it was delicious! Highly recommend if you don't want to drive once your return home from a full day enjoying the island. We would highly recommend Sea La Vie!

What a perfect stay! Host was excellent communicator and we had no needs while on property; everything was provided and it was a wonderful getaway. You can’t beat the view, home was well stocked, comfortable and a real treat. We can’t wait to return! Plus the turtles at the water’s edge were a lovely bonus!

Great place to stay! Beautiful view of the ocean and great for whale watching from the Lanai! Great for 2 couples and in a central location. Great communication with the host and easy check in. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice, lots of upgrades and very comfortable. It was set on beautiful grounds and we watched the turtles from the lanai and the grounds. The nearby restaurants were fantastic and walkable. The hosts were very accommodating and checked in with us several times during our visit. Would highly recommend.

Great stay and location

Katie and Mark are awesome hosts. We really enjoyed our stay. It was really cool to see turtles from the lanai. There is a really great beach within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Great location, wonderful unit, would highly recommend!!!

Best stay ever!

We enjoyed our stay. Property owner was fantastic and easy to contact. Definitely felt at home. Many of the little touches that make a stay fantastic and wanting to come back. Looking to book our next stay already.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Amazing view, apartment was beautifully decorated and everything was so comfortable. We had easy parking and multiple services were within a few minutes walk. Host was very easy to communicate with and was available at all times even if was just for a suggestion on where to go. 10/10 recommend this apartment!

One of the nicest properties we have rented through VRBO ever! The location was perfect for access to all of Maui and the airport. The condo is in a bit of an older building, surroundings and access to the beach were great. The unit itself has been completely remodeled with attention to details and high end upgrades. We spent lots of time on the Lanai and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was superb and we would definitely go back!
Early morning beach walk towards Kihei, the beach access is steps from the condo.

First Hawaiian Vacation!!

Great place to stay. Condo is beautiful and very comfortable. It is in a good location to get everywhere on the island easily. Katie was so helpful giving suggestions. She is a great hostess. We would definitely stay there again.

Stylish, comfortable suite in great location

For our first visit to Maui, Katie’s condo in Ma’alea was perfect. The suite is spacious, very well furnished and equipped and has a lanai looking directly out on the bay - fantastic views. The location is great as a home base for seeing the island, and the local beach (5 min walk) is perfect for walking and relaxing.

Beautiful Place!

This is a beautiful condo that has obviously been remodeled with love and attention to details. We enjoyed watching the turtles along the shoreline and the beautiful sunrises! The location is a short drive to Lahaina, the airport and some great distilleries. Would highly recommend!

Paradise

This condo is everything our family needed and more!! Very clean, it had all the essentials and the host communication is the best I ever received from all my years of renting. We got to see turtles, walked to the close by beach, used the pool which although small, it was never crowded. I highly recommend this place!

Maui getaway

Beautiful condo and true to the pictures posted. Very roomy and comfortable with a beautiful view. The condo is ideally centrally located away from the heavy tourist traffic of Kihei, close to the beach and easy drive to Lahaina. Our host was very welcoming and responsive to all questions. We truly had a lovely time there and would highly recommend it!

Amazing property, amazing host!

Katie has setup the place wonderfully. It is modern with everything you’d ever need on a vacation blended with luxury. The property is a short drive away to all popular places. Katie was communicative and responsive. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing

This property is amazing. It is in a great central location. The condo is extraordinarily well appointed, beautiful, and immaculate. We were able to watch whales from the lanai out in the bay every day. The host, Katie is the most accommodating of any vacation rental I’ve booked. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing experience

The property is as described. It was exceptionally clean, had everything a family needs to spend a vacation in Maui. The furniture and appliances are tastefully selected making it a comfortable stay. The host, Katie, is super helpful, easy to communicate and was able to accommodate all our requests. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend the listing.
