With two independent private entrances, this home can be divided into two separate suites offering privacy to families or working groups. Set over three floors, this house is made for entertaining with indoor/outdoor flow, BBQ and outdoor swimming pool.

✧ There are some construction sites going on in the neighbourhood with one directly next to the property Mon - Sat. No view of the sea from the pool but from the balconies and higher levels. The views might be affected by construction cranes. No construction on public holidays.
✧ See all photos for the updated stage on the direct neighbouring construction site, which is in the last stage, completing in 6 - 9 months from Jan 2024.
✧ Exterior CCTV camera in operation
✧ Be respectful to the house and neighbours, with no disturbance to the neighbourhood. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction without refund at the host's decision, regardless of policy and booking in place
✧ A form of government ID along with a selfie is required by the host
✧ Pool should be left pristine as when you check in. If the pool is left dirty and unusable after a guest's stay, loss of income for the affected nights and cost to revive, the pool will be claimed fully by the guest.
✧ Kindly be aware that our pools and spas adhere to a predetermined maintenance service schedule. Our team might be present on-site during your stay to guarantee that these amenities are maintained to the highest standards for your enjoyment. We will make every effort to minimise any inconvenience and complete our tasks promptly.
✧ Please be aware that our landscaping, including lawn mowing and gardening, follows a scheduled maintenance plan. Our team may be on-site during your stay to maintain our grounds to the highest standard. We will strive to minimise any inconvenience and complete our tasks promptly.
Longer Stays:
Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

We enjoyed our stay. This home is a gem. From the moment we entered the home, it had the best atmosphere and so spacious. The million dollar view topped it all off. Thank you for such a great experience.
