LAST MINUTE STAY DISCOUNT! - Classic Mid-Century Modern Home

Classic Mid-Century Modern Home located in the historic Silver Spur Ranch Community. Location is everything!! You are minutes away from the Living Desert Zoo & Garden, 13 miles from the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival Polo Fairgrounds, and just a short drive to El Paseo Shopping District. Sit back, relax and enjoy this beautiful home and your own private pool. There is enough room for everyone.

The living room has a huge sectional sofa with a smart HDTV mounted flat screen.

The Kitchen is nice and fresh with white cabinetry, gas range and fully stocked. There is a connected dining area with seating for four.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with attached master bathroom (Walk in shower). Room comes with a smart TV and Apple TV attachment.

There are two additional guest bedrooms. One with a full-sized bed and the other with a twin bed. The guest bath is a shower/tub combo.

Don’t forget about the stunning *heated* private pool. It’s your own oasis out back. Lounge out and soak up some sun or set the table and have dinner under the stars. This home has everything you need to get away.

****Guests must sign a rental lease for dates of stay and provide photo of ID and credit card. Reservation is subject to cancellation until we receive all required documents.****

* NOTE: Pool heating is an additional cost that typically runs about $50 per day - pool takes 1-2 full days to get to temperature and requires advance notice to initiate. Pool cannot be turned off and on once it's initiated during stay.

Saved the trip!

The house we had rented was sold without notice to us, so you can imagine our stress when we showed up to discover it was no longer a rental. Fortunately, this property was available and Dene was able to get us in the day after we arrived. We had a great time and the property was perfect for our stay. Location was great, with a park just down the way to walk our dog. I highly recommend this property to anyone!

Thanksgiving in Palm Desert

We had a good month in this vacation rental. It was very comfortable and well equipped, even for a Thanksgiving meal. The beds are great, kitchen very nice and clean, TVs great, sofa and living room furniture comfortable. The only downside is the pool isn’t heated. I tried a few times to get in the pool, because it is a beautiful, private and inviting pool, but it was so, so cold! If the pool had been heated, it would have made this vacation home truly excellent in every way. Another inconvenience is the beautiful front door doesn’t have a usable key! Had to only access the home from the garage or the back door. That needs to be addressed. It’s such a beautiful, cool, lacquer red door! Except for the front door and the cold pool, a great inviting home.
