Stayed here 5 days very comfortably with 10 adults and 16 kids. Had a great time and its just few min walk from the beach. Excellent home especially for multiple families get together like we did.

Beautifully furnished home with plenty of space for everyone. The elevator and large dining table were great features, and the pool area was fantastic. We did wish the balconies had a beach view, and the walk to the beach access was longer than expected and hard with littles. Grateful we asked ahead & brought a golf cart. If you don’t have one to bring renting one is recommended. The only place to park the golf cart near the beach access was across the street, but was easier to drop off equipment and walk from there. More comfortable seating in the game room would be a nice addition. There was a pub table, but not comfortable for lounging and relaxing. Still, a lovely place to stay.

Home away from Home

Everything about staying here was great. The home was better than advertised. Would definitely stay here again. The kids and adults had a blast.

We loved our stay , the house was huge, hot tub pool great , pool table games area was a nice extra, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large crowd of people , huge kitchen great room, Lots of great restaurants, shopping, beach patios for happy hour , gorgeous Miramar Beach ….you can walk for miles on the white sandy beach, the water is the perfect blue green…..Close to Rosemary Beach , Alys Beach , & Seaside which are a must see! We loved our time away so much that we extended it ! Any issues we had the property manager was readily available to help ! Love this area of Florida ….will definitely return

An amazing place to stay for a large family

We absolutely LOVED this house! Every room has a bathroom a lot of the rooms have bunk beds for small kids ! It’s literally perfection! We so enjoyed our stay

This was a great house for our group of 23. The massive dining table that fit most of our group was a highlight. The kitchen was a great size and very well stocked. We liked that the property is walking distance to the beach. (there are no sun shades/sun tents allowed on the beach and the security guard will not let you enter the private gate with one - we had to walk ours back to the house. Umbrellas are fine.) We loved that the house had plenty of bedrooms with private bathrooms. The game room was a favorite of the kids. While we appreciate the safety of the pool alarm, the outside button (to disarm the pool alarm) doesn't work, so the alarm went off more times than we could count everyday. It will wake up guests staying on the first floor. The floor plan in the listing shows that there are two bedrooms on the first floor, but there's only one bedroom. The bunk area on the first floor doesn't have a door. We would have loved to have more seating for the group on the 4th floor. We enjoyed watching sunset from the top, but there's only seating for 6 at the table and there's two lounge chairs.

Beautiful beach house and extremely well laid out home.

This house was perfect for our family and very close to the beach. The layout of the house and sleeping arrangements was great. Very quick/easy walk with gated access to beachfront. We loved it and will definitely return again.

Spring Break

Great property, good location, heated pools were great. Only downside was the elevator stopped working two days into the stay. Would rent again.

Great house!

The house was perfect for our large family vacation. We had 16 people and it was enough space. The game room downstairs and the pool were a big hit with the kids. The beach was a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Great Spring Break stay. Communication issues with the heating of the pool which were eventually resolved. Great location and home exceeds l expectations.

Amazing time in Miramar Beach

We really enjoyed our time at this unit. We were a large group and utilized every bed, but it still felt like we had plenty of room. The place was very beautiful, and made our time together very enjoyable. I do plan to return.

Perfect location, beautiful house

We did this trip over Thanksgiving week to get friends together and have our children create fantastic memories. The accommodations allowed us to distribute 5 families comfortably with space for each family to share time together but at the same time have some privacy. The host was very responsive and available when we needed to communicate.

Stunning Home

This house was beautiful. It was able to accommodate our whole family from the youngest to the oldest. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to add a partition to the downstairs bunk bed room for privacy.
