A seamless indoor/outdoor flow will draw you out to the bean bags outside when you can kick your feet up and bask in the sun as you venture into a new book. Meanwhile, the a stunning home-cooked meal can be cooking away on the BBQ with your favourite cold drink to go with. The wood fire burner will keep warm during chilly days and nights as it is so effective that it heats the whole house so it is always toasty warm. Additionally there is underfloor heating in the bathroom too.

Just 13-minutes up the road, you have the gorgeous Abel Tasman National Park which offers visitors a chance to explore by land, sea or air. A 4-minute drive in the opposite direction you'll have Kaiteriteri beach available, perfect for a morning stroll and nearby some great local eateries for you to grab a bite to eat along the way.
