This charming home has been updated throughout. It is just waiting to become the setting for your next vacation & memories to come!

Centrally located in the beach front community of Wild Dunes this spacious 1500 sq. ft. home is nestled in the trees and is a short walk to the beach. If you are looking to keep close to everything in Wild Dunes, we are your place!

Wild Dunes Resort is no longer offering their Sportscard for access to resort pools for our guests. Guests will still have access to golf and tennis (fees are extra). Regardless, we offer beach towels, beach chairs/toys, and a beach wagon for our guests to use at the beach.

This home away from home features an open living space with dining area, kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, enclosed sunroom & open deck. The home has been updated and is decorated in cool coastal colors throughout.

The living room and dining room (table for six) looks out to the fabulous sun room. This spacious area offers 50" flat screen HD/Roku TV.

The Master Bedroom offers a recently remodeled bathroom (see picture), queen size bed, 40" HD/Roku TV and opens to a spacious & bright sunroom.

The other additional bedrooms share a second bath. One guest room features twin/full/twin trundle bed. The additional twin bed is stored underneath the lower bed (full) that is rolls out for anyone to use. A great addition if visiting with children! The other guest room features queen size bed, 24"HD/Roku TV, and opens to an outside deck that leads down to the secluded yard. All beds have luxury 400 count cotton sheets.

The galley-style kitchen offers all the utensils, new appliances, and entertaining pieces a chef could ask for! We even have a turkey roaster for guest to use during the holidays.

The all-season sunroom runs across the back of the home and provides a wicker dining table for four and the seating area has a cozy couch and two armchairs. This spacious area offers 50" flat screen HD/Roku TV. Perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails with friends while relaxing in the serene setting that is the Twin Oaks neighborhood!

The home also features High speed internet/WIFI/Xfinity cable TV/Roku and gas grill on our new patio located below the back stairs.

This popular spot of Isle of Palms affords great relaxation for families of all ages. Whether relaxing on the beach, enjoying cocktails at the Grand Pavilion, or walking the resort trails, there is something for everyone! Absolutely no pets are allowed both in our home or on the property. (MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Slice of Paradise

An overall wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, clean, centrally located, close to the beach and very comfortable. Rob, the host, was very responsive to any questions we had. Mini vacation

This house was warm and inviting. We checked in easily. It is an easy walk to the beach and some restaurants. Using the wagon provided made things so easy. Cant wait to come back.

Great House in the Trees

Super clean home with everything you could need. Sunroom was a wonderful place to relax with the beautiful trees all around. Beds and pillows were comfy, water pressure and temperature were great and washer and dryer were convenient and easy to use. Great location with short walking distance to restaurants, bike rental and the beach. Will definitely stay again.

Great Vacation Rental

We had an awesome vacation at this rental. Great location near the beach. Lots of things to do and many restaurants near. It was a quick easy walk everyday to and from the beach. Rob was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions I had. The house had everything we needed from beach toys and chairs to kitchen pots and pans. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great vacation spot!

Just a great experience as we came for a baseball tournament and used the beach. Rob was quick to respond to any questions. Clean place and 5 min walk to beach. Highly recommend. Would stay again for sure!

Lovely!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is very clean and well appointed. Everything you need is provided--from the kitchen, to linens, to beach chairs and a wagon. The location is great! Very short walk to the boardwalk and beach, without a lot of traffic and noise. Highly recommend!

Great and convenient

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect amount of space. Very clean, and all the necessities. They even have a beach wagon and boogie boards that you can use which was so helpful. And of course the outdoor shower to rinse off before we head back inside. Very convenient to the beach, as well as shops. Highly recommend!

Going to the beach!

The property is located in the Wild Dunes community on Isle of the Palms, SC. We enjoyed the properties great location to both the beach and Harbour golf course. The property provided the perfect vacation get away for 5 adults and 2 children. Everything was very clean and appeared to be very looked after. The owners were very accommodating and answered all questions. The whole booking process was seemless. We appreciate the use of the properties beach towels, beach chairs and the wagon made available to transport everything to and from the beach. The house was clean and cool when we arrived. The keyless entry provided great access and 1 less thing to keep with. I really liked the sunroom for my early morning coffee before everyone got up. A really good experience!

Isle of Palm Getaway

Great overall experience. We felt safe in the gated neighborhood. House was a great home away from home....fully stocked and easy to find what we needed. We enjoyed the sun room off the back of the house. Excellent communication with the owner. The location is centrally located which makes it easy to walk to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We would definitely consider renting again in the future.

Great house and fantastic location!

We stayed here for a family reunion- overflow for our family's main house just a few blocks away. The house was clean, location and access to the beach were perfect. Rob is a great communicator and helped us immediately with a question for check-in. The glassed-in sun porch provided even more room than expected. Thank you!

Hidden Gem

Rob’s house is a hidden gem in Isle of Palms! It was spotless and well equipped and furnished as promised. Our favorite room was the sunroom. And don’t be fooled by the map! It truly is a short, easy walk to the beach. Everything we needed was provided including beach chairs, umbrella and toys, etc. We had a lovely stay without adult children. I highly recommend!

Great location at well equipped home

Our family of four along with grandparents and another adult stayed comfortably in this home for a long weekend. We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Rob was great to work with and offered great tips where to go to pick up our weekend grocery essentials. This home is a very short walk (3 minute we timed it) to the shops and restaurants adjacent to the inn across the street. A short distance more and your toes are in the sand. We loved the IOP area so much, we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for opening your home to us.

Wonderful Stay

I came here with family for my nephews wedding at the Sweet Grass Inn. Thiis location is perfect, it’s only a few minute walk to the hotel. Very clean and the porch was my favorite spot. Perfect for our family! We really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend!!!

Summer vacation made easy

We had a great time in Wild Dunes at this home! Everything was provided including beach towels and chairs, and a wagon to haul essentials to the beach. It was so easy (with children) to get to the beach either biking or walking. The bike trail is right outside the house. When you return from the beach there is a shower and a hose to rinse everything off which is so helpful with sandy kids! There was plenty of room to store bikes and the beach necessities! The home itself was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. The back porch and deck were great places to relax! There is also a little market with the essentials and ice cream right around the corner! Thank you Rob for providing a wonderful place to stay so our family could enjoy our time to together!

Twin Oaks was the perfect spot. Close to beach, close to pool, close to golf. House was very comfortable, great sun room on back of the house. Owner was easy to work with and help make the experience perfect.

Perfect vacation home!

Can’t say just how wonderful this home was! The location was perfect - beautiful heated pool just steps away from the property, easy and quick beach access, quiet neighborhood. The home was perfect, too! Great space but the sunroom was where we spent all of our time weather it was a quiet space to read, watching movies together, or taking naps! We also had plenty of space to spend time playing games on the large table there. The house was well stocked with everything you might need (paper products, spices & oils in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc). In addition, the kitchen had everything you might need to enjoy a family meal. We stayed in two evenings and cooked and there was not one pan, pot, or utensil that seemed to be lacking. Finally, the nicest home owner you could wish to rent from. So helpful providing suggestions and information about the area, answering our general questions, and quick to address any minor issue (looking for batteries for the smoke detectors). Overall, it really was perfect and I can’t wait to book again next year!

Great location and fully ready for guests to enjoy

My husband and a few of my 20-something children stayed at Twin Oaks the Tuesday-Saturday of thanksgiving week. We had a marvelous time and were very active..the tennis/pickleball courts were 50 yds away and we played pickleball every AM as a family. Also, some of us road bike, and the Wild Dunes roads provided great loops for daily rides. We also had front row seats (from the sun porch of #11) for the thanksgiving golf cart parade! WD is so convenient for Charleston visits, and we went into town for thanksgiving dinner at my sister’s house and for dinner in town Friday night, too…the Twin Oaks location made that fast and easy. #11 is very well stocked, and was clean and ready for us to enjoy everything. Rob was incredibly accessible and easy to reach with questions we had before our visit. A great experience!

From the time we first visited Isle of Palms 17 years ago we knew we were in love with this area! Since that time, we had been renting different homes, twice a year, within the Wild Dunes Resort. In 2016, we decided to put a plan in place to make the Dunes a permanent vacation spot for us. We want to share that with you!

In addition to the location in the quiet neighborhood of Twin Oaks, it is centrally nestled in the heart of the Wild Dunes and offers easy access to the pickle ball and tennis courts, golf courses, the Grand Pavilion and of course, the pristine beaches!

After renting for 8 years with different companies we have taken our experiences to make this home a perfect place to become someone else's sanctuary and home away from home! We have done our best to make sure this home offers the best accommodation! The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, serving pieces & cooking gadgets. Each one of the bedrooms has new furniture, comfortable/cozy mattresses & quality linens. The sun room is a favorite space to sit, relax, read a good book or enjoy quiet conversations with family & friends!
