The location was awesome. The house was comfortable and very easy to access. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Would love to visit again when we are back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great- just a very short walk to the beach. The house had plenty of space for us, and the host is easy to communicate with and responsive to messages. We would be happy to stay here again when come back to Isle of Palms for a visit.

Great location!The house looked clean, but was very smelly when we arrived- mildew/mold smells. We were able to air it out/clean it but it will need some maintenance before next season.

Thank you for letting us know. Our cleaners do a thorough job but due to the high humidity in our area the house may smell musty after being shut up for a bit. We will be sure to air it out and check for mildew.

We had a wonderful stay here! Carol was a very timely and attentive host who always contacted us immediately with any messages. We loved this location! It was an easy walk to the beach and a very comfy and cozy place to stay! I highly recommend! :)

The property was conveniently located and had enough room for my partner, my 5-year-old, my parents, and me. However, we were unhappy when we walked in and felt the flooring move and crack beneath our feet. A throw rug had been put down over the parquet flooring, but audibly and visually, something was clearly not right. We reached out to Carol that day to express safety concerns, assuming this was caused by water damage. We did receive a small refund, but throughout the trip everyone from 5 to 71 years old managed to trip in that location. It is dangerous and should be noted in the listing. The cabin could use many things to help it be found more easily, especially at night. A lit address sign with easy-to-read numbers, a light, reflectors...all of those would've been particularly helpful. One night we turned around 3 times and kept driving right by the property. Overall, the property was conveniently located for our family nearby for a wedding and the beach was close, which was a huge plus.

The flooring had just started buckling the week that this guest checked in. We immediately talked to a contractor to replace the flooring. Of course we have to wait until the house is vacant and we did not want to cancel your trip.

We were in town for a wedding, and the home was perfect for a few couples. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. We were also nearby to the grocery story and great restaurants like Acme and Sea Biscuit cafe. We would love to return!

Location was excellent for our needs. Nearby ocean beach, restaurants and stores. Close to Mt Pleasant and just about a half hour ride to downtown Charleston.

This is a perfect location! The beach, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. The house is clean and fits a large family or group of friends perfectly. It’s a charming home and Carol was fantastic to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was close to the beach and nearby restaurants. It was the perfect size to accommodate our family that included 4 adults and 3 children. Home was comfortable and clean would definitely stay there again.
