Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, beachfront property. This property is also close to many other beautiful beaches like Luquillo Beach, Seven Seas and Playa Escondida. No car? No problem! Right outside Playa Azul there is plenty of shopping and local eateries within walking distance.

Tastefully remodeled and completed June 2023, this modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit features many amenities to help make your stay as comfortable as possible from 400 thread sheets, plush pillows and climate controlled bedroom suites to high speed internet, smart tvs in every room and a fully equipped kitchen so that you can prepare meals just as you do when your back home. The unit can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and children with 2 king-size beds and a premium mattress pullout, full-size sofa bed.

Amenities include: Pools, tennis court, basketball court, handball court, beach, park and beautifully appointed courtyard are among the spaces that you can enjoy when you book your stay with us!

Tastefully redone condo on the beach, near numerous restaurants and close to all of the activities around El Yunque. Great place to visit Luquillo.

Beautiful view! Close to the beaches in Luquillo and nice there were 4 beach chairs you can use. The decor was modern and had everything you would need. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay. The condo is as presented, clean, modern and beautiful. Sergio was so wonderful and responsive. Super nice guy. Beach access was nice and convenient. The condo is furnished with everything you need for the beach and all must haves for a kitchen. Will be staying again for sure.

The condo is amazing! Great beachfront location close to El Yunque, restaurants and snorkeling tours. Comfortably met the needs of our family of 5 with three teenagers. The view is outstanding and the space is well appointed and modern. Air conditioning available throughout but often times not needed with the nice ocean breeze on the 22nd floor. Sergio is a great host, very responsive and helpful.

The Condo is beautiful and the Host Sergio was amazing, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The view overlooking the beach is a great way to start and end the day. As amazing as the place is, the host made it an unforgettable experience. I would recommend booking this Condo before any others.

Amazing

The condo was amazing and had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. They thought of everything. The beach was amazing and we loved relaxing in the condo in the evenings. Proximity to delicious restaurants was great.

Great vacation!

We had a great time in this spot. The condo was described accurately and worked very well. The view was excellent, beds comfortable, AC worked well, and kitchen well suited. Loquillo is a sleepy wonderful town. The beach in front of the condo was lovely as was the public beach around the corner. And it was great to have beach chairs readily available. Highly recommend this place

The penthouse was nicely renovated. It was comfortable and there was just enough space. Laundry was wonderful. Condo details were lacking. Unknown rules were terrible!We were very disappointed in the complex rules and the overall upkeep / quality of the exterior. The beach itself was pretty, but not swimmable due to algae- see picture in listing. Biggest Issue: Upon arrival, the security guard at the condo complex told us rules that we had not been informed about prior- huge problem for us!1) The key to the gate which allows access to the community amenities: the pool, the only beach access point, the courtyards, the basketball and sports courts, etc would only work from 8am-7pm!! We could not walk the beach before or after these hours. Kids couldn’t play football in the grass or be on the courts. These rules changed our experience. We could have stayed off beach-front, in a different area, in a more affordable and spacious rental and had more beach time. 2) Bathroom needs: towel hooks, bars, etc in the bathrooms. There was no full starter or refill toilet paper rolls.3) Kitchen needs: kitchen towels, starter sets of any kind, full sets of dishes & utensils for the advertised occupancy allowed, measuring utensils, & functional kitchen knives. Bugs (tiny ants?) continuously trailed the counters. 4) Bedroom needs: bedding for the pull out couch- especially when aware that the occupants would utilize this as a bed! This was a big deal for our family of 6.

We had a fantastic stay at Sergio's place. The condo was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was plenty of space for all your things. My family was relieved to find each king sized bed was comfortable. Having TVs in all the rooms with access to numerous channels was a plus. The ocean views from the bedrooms and porch were stunning and we loved viewing the mountains from the front door. The brand new elevator to the unit worked perfectly and was much appreciated as the unit was on the top floor. Sergio's place was in a great location. Easy to get to the beach (beach equipment is provided...4 new beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels, etc.), the rainforest, San Juan, and other locations. Sergio was easy to communicate with and provided information on restaurants and activities in the area. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit here again.

Perfect accomodations for our fam and 9yo kid. The beach down below is beautiful, clean, safe waters, and even though surrounded by a few dense apt towers, surprisingly empty and private. The unit is beautiful and well equipped. Perfect view from the PH and both bedrooms have an ocean view. Sergio was very helpful and responsive. Helpful staff at the security desk as well. Pool is great but closes early at 7pm. Directly across the highway from a large supermarket made shopping easy. Buy ice! Would definitely stay again. We loved Sergio's place, and Luquillo.

I dont even know where to begin. First off, Luquillo is amazing! If you're looking for a property thats on the beach and close to a lot of sightseeing, I recommend this condo. My kids loved it, we loved it! Keep in mind, this building is used by residents and visitors, so please be respectful of the rules. The courtyard had tons of entertainment for my kiddos. The pool was amazing! The condo itself offered plenty of amenities. No dishwasher, but we ate out most of the time anyways. Dryer was a little a little slow to dry, but the breeze on the balcony was more than enough to get our beach stuff ready for the next day. Beds were very comfortable! Being on the top floor has its caveats, but nothing we couldn't handle with the beach wagon that was supplied. Cooler too! The only downfalls we found; you are only given 1 key for front door and beach access. This was a little bit of pain when staying with multiple people. 2 keys would have been much better. And, beach accessories is closed at 7. You can still get to the beach after that, just requires a long walk. Also, to no fault of owner, access to courtyard (which is where beach access is) in the lobby, was closed. You had to make a long walk around to get to the beach. That did make it somewhat cumbersome. All in all, we were very happy with our stay, and we would hands down rent this property again and again. The owner was very courteous, responsive, and offered tons of local info. Thank you for sharing your space with us! #PR
