Historic UpTown Sedona - 3 BR 2 BTH Bohemian Style - Quiet Retreat-2 Min Walk

This Sedona Retreat is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home within a 2 minute walk- (0.1 Mile from City Center) distance to the Historic UpTown shopping district, great restaurants (Cowboy Club and Pink Jeeps) and shops and just blocks away from several of Sedona's beautiful hiking trails. Oak Creek Canyon is just up the road, and you are exactly 2 hours from the Grand Canyon. The back yard is fenced and contains BarBQ, outdoor seating, a gorgeous Buddha (fountain has been filled in) , and beautiful views of Sedona's Red Rocks. Enjoy a family Bar-B-Q or just a cup of coffee on the patio, and if you happen to be here in Summer, you can eat peaches off the tree in the back yard.

The home is literally a 2-3 minute walk from the downtown UPTown area, and the same to the Sedona Heritage Museum (and a short drive to the spiritual "underground", the Flower of Life Store (181 State Route 179, #4)) Plus! there is the benefit of a safe and quiet neighborhood. We have large, very old trees surrounding the home which provide wonderful shade and an ancient energy. Many travelers that have stayed in this home love the bohemian feel...

We are a shoes' off house and request and expect occupants to take their shoes off at the door. The master bedroom has two queen sized beds and a private bath. The side bedrooms are smaller as is inherent in older homes, with queen sized beds in each and a shared bathroom. Washer/Dryer are available. Lots of parking. A Computer and Desk for your convenience..

Uptown Events throughout the year include the St. Paddy's Day Parade, National Day of the CowBoy, and Safe Halloween Celebrations. Events in Sedona proper include the Illuminate Film Festival,

Amazing Stay!!!

The stay and experience was amazing! The property was located so close to the shops and restaurants it made walking to them really enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the perfect size. The backyard was very spacious and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this property again for future Sedona trips.

Clean, comfy, cute and close to Uptown!

We had a wonderful time at this home. It had everything we needed and the views are amazing. It is within walking distance to Uptown and to a trail head. The beds were comfortable and the colors in the home make it fun to be in. I highly recommend this home. The hosts are quivk to reply as well. A

Sedona in the Snow

We had a wonderful time in Sedona even thought it snowed. The house was lovely - all that it shows on the website. Dani and Diane were really easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. We would stay there again and even take another Pink Jeep Tour when the weather was a little more cooperative.

Short Vacation

My only problem for our stay (since I am elderly) was no bars on the shower and the toilets were very low.

Great for a girls weekend

There were five of us for a girls weekend we loved the view and the unique eclectic decor. The beds were very comfy loved the roomy kitchen and the morning sun coming in A very relaxing yard and easy walking distance to great shopping We really enjoyed the big dining room table for playing cards Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again when we are in the area

Stay in bohemian house

Overall the house was in a good location and acceptable. The beds were especially nice with the foam mattresses. But the house needs some work especially on the window coverings and a new shower curtain would’ve been nice.

Ahhhhh

We fell in love with Sedona, but staying here in uptown made it perfect. We truly could walk to anything in downtown Sedona (coffee, dinner, breakfast, ice cream, shopping, etc.!). The home was easy to get to, very nicely laid out, and with a beautiful backyard.

such a cozy house in a very convenient location

We had a nice family reunion at this house in Sedona. this is very conveniently located near uptown being close to everything. And you have a wonderful view through the windows! We didn't get to spend time in the backyard but it looked nice to have a bbq or stargazing. I could see the owners made lots of efforts decorating inside. Thanks for letting us stay at your place. Staying here made our trip extra memorable!

Peaceful, comfortable & close to everything

Spent the weekend in Sedona/oak Creek Canyon celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday. The house accommodated all 7 of us very comfortably; sleeping, playing games, and enjoying meals together at the dining room table. Location is in a peaceful neighborhood that has views of the red rocks and is walking distance to Uptown Sedona where you can shop/eat out. And the house is a quick drive to many beautiful hiking trails and water fun in Oak Creek Canyon (we did West Fork Trail & Grasshopper Point). We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Home Great Location

This home is very attractive, clean and in a wonderful location. Overall experience was very good. We would have given it 5 stars but the first morning we awoke to a man walking through the back yard. We didn’t know who he was! One of the owners of the home? We felt this was inappropriate.

If you're a mountain biker or hiker....

...you will love this property! The house is within riding (or hiking) distance of some amazing trails! The house is clean, well appointed and has a nice backyard with plenty of bike storage options. We also walked to restaurants at night. (The house is just in one awesome location!) Word of warning -- Sedona has dark sky rules, so we took a flashlight with us for walking back to the house at night. It was a good thing we had the light as it was the first time I'd ever seen a Javalina. Turns our those critters like Sedona too! The owners will want you to leave your shoes at the door which will make sense to you after you trek through a couple of the red dirt hikes.
