Enjoy the lower level of this architecturally stunning private gated end of cul-de-sac Mill Valley retreat. Completely separate from the main living areas of the house, where my partner and I live, the lower level has its own entrance and outdoor space. The family room and 2 larger bedrooms look out over the dedicated terrace, towards the pool, the bay and the San Francisco skyline.
The property is located minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge, the Marin Headlands and the ferry to SF, and just up the hill from Strawberry Village, offering multiple options for shopping and restaurants.
The world reknowned Napa and Sonoma wine regions are an easy day trip away.
Additional features of the property include a 75' lap pool, a full gym, a jetted hot tub, and a large mature, lush garden. While at the property, our guests enjoy exclusive use of the pool, gym and spa. We make every effort to be invisible, and to not be intrusive. We respect our guests’ privacy.

Jeffrey and his partner were incredible hosts. We loved the property and they were extremely attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Right when we got to the house Jeffrey welcomed us in and we felt comfortable right away. The place itself was in pristine condition and smelt like fresh laundry, which we loved. He gave us great recommendations of places to go for food, groceries, and beautiful scenic spots.Would most definitely recommend staying here!!

Good location for our needs. The space is small and the linens could use updating. The gym was a nice bonus but wish we noted there is no a/c, dishwasher or oven.

Overall a nice stay . The pool was beautiful , hot tub was not in working order . This is a shared space with the hosts which we didn’t not realize at booking ( which was our fault ) . It wasn’t really an issue we just weren’t aware . The space is very small , our group of 5 felt like we were on top of each other . The location is amazing , beds were comfortable and the place was clean .

Wonderful SF Getaway

We really loved staying here! The property and condo are beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and the hosts delightful. Will definitely stay again if the need arises!

The owners live there full time. You’ll see them every day. The tones in the closet are stained. The comforters on the bed were stained. The towels wreaked of mold, along with some of the pillow cases and sheets.The kitchen is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator. Only one bedroom has a bathroom attached and it’s very small. The shower head drips so we were told to leave it on the shower floor so we wouldn’t hear it drip all night.There’s no A/C.You share the driveway with the owners giving you the spot along the fence line. Not convenient.The owners were nice, just not my idea of an ideal rental situation having them on the premises, especially when you want to use the pool, but owners are present.

We thought everything was great except it was very warm and the air conditioning was not working. What made it bearable was the nights got down to low 50s. Otherwise the house was nice with a working pool, comfortable beds, working kitchen.

Great location, immaculate and easy!

I stayed here for three days with my three boys (ages 9,11,14) and we all loved it!!! Will go back without reservation -- wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely location

Great stay. Comfortable accommodations for our family of five. Didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub because of the weather, but lovely amenities.

Lovely quiet neighborhood

The perfect spot to base ourselves for seeing the surrounding areas of San Francisco. It had everything we needed for our family of five. Enjoyed the hot tub!

Great location for exploring SF and the Bay Area and nice pool and beds. The hot tub was not working but we weren’t informed of this until arrival. Also, we arrived earlier than initially expected and waited an hour to get into the property. Would suggest updating to a more comfortable couch and trimming the surrounding trees/landscaping to make the city visible from the pool/apartment. Beautiful, peaceful outdoor space for relaxing after a busy day. Nice selection of games and solid working grill. Was nice to have the Strawberry shopping area down the hill for coffee/bfast/groceries.

Great family spot

We had a wonderful stay at Mill Valley Modern. Jeffrey was very helpful in getting us settled, the pool was a true highlight for our three boys, as well as the overall views, beautiful neighborhood and proximity to SF. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home and perfect location

There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 teens. The pool was lovely, as was the hot tub! The location was so nice for both SF and Napa-safe and easy parking! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience! The space was clean and comfortable. We were in town from the Midwest for a family wedding and my spouse and myself, my sister in law and her spouse, and my brother in law and his girlfriend shared the space. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor space is unmatched. We loved the pool area and lounge chairs, the view of the city is so beautiful in the morning. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and we were close to a grocery store and Starbucks that came in handy for some refreshment.

Lovely Stay!

We met up with another couple for a weekend trip and had a lovely time at this VRBO. The hot tub was great and the pool was beautiful, but we only had time (and weather) for the hot tub. My one suggestion for the property is a more comfortable couch. Thank you!

Beautiful get away Home

This is a gem. So many amenities. Pool,Hot tub,Full gym,amazing views. The owner was always available and answered quickly. 3 nice bedrooms and tvs in each room. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful ultra modern home with pool and view

We had our SFO family join us for the weekend at this beautiful home with large decks a huge lap pool and swimming pool and hot tub. The house has an incredible design and details. Has a great view over the bay all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge. Perfect for entertaining. Good hosts and special time here
